Are people actually expecting S&S to be number one? Surely it'll be about 5 or 6 this week. The newest songs tend to be the ones that suffer most. Last year 'Dedication To My Ex' went 8-13-10-5 and the year before 'Lights On' went 4-11-4. I'd expect its chart run to be something more along the lines of 2-3-5-3-1 if it is to get to the top.

Would LOVE to see Swedish House Mafia reclimb to the top 10.
Lol "Wings" next to each other on the chart. Would that lead to a #40 show? It is a very close battle for number one. My money is on Psy....me thinks it could do 52 weeks in the top 10.
Psy is due to perform on a big show soon, surely? I can see him being top 10 until sometime after The Brits, but not too much longer than that. He'll hit a million before he leaves the top 10 anyway!

£1 Fish Man may have to be deported to Pakistan

I hope this leads to a deportation effect or something and shoots £1 Fish further up the charts

Totp....sound quality is very bad. I would expect this in Kosovo/Montenegro not the bbc! Also miming too.....Carly Rae Jepsen must sound like ten strangled cats live.
Diamonds climbing <3 Hope it can do over 50k this week, I want that 4th million seller for Rihanna
in the US , will.I.am's 2 previous singles flopped terribly and This is love failed to chart while Scream & Shout zoomed to the US iTunes number 1. So yeah Britney is the main selling point and I'm sure anyone will recognize it's her singing from her voice and her 'Britney B!tch' part.... B-)

We arent talking about the us we are talking about the uk charts and for the past couple of years will.i.am has been far more relevant than britney. This is Love was massive over here and elsewhere in europe!

Dont like the way britney loons are trying to take away the credit from will.i.am for this - britney is just using the song to re-establish herself here again after the flop last album!

Gangham Style video parodies on top of the pops now - could sell ALOT this week - over 100k?

I agree. The Britney loons make me lol. Absolutely nothing about 'scream and shout' is Britney, it is completely a Will.I.am sounding song, Britney doesn't even sound like herself on it and Will is now the bigger star. It could be absolutely anyone 'singing' Britney's parts and it would be doing exactly the same.

anyone have a link of the live pop bars. mine still show the same positions as last night :/ lol

According to Live Popbars, here are a few changes:

Olly  3

PSY  4

Justice Collective  8

Taylor (WANEGBT) 21

Wonder where the JC will fall to? The cd sales on sunday and monday will hopefully keep them top 5?!
I assume Olly has just overtaken because of TOTP? Shame about PSY dropping a bit (although he must be #1 combined?) but it's great to see 'Troublemaker' repeating Olly's gift card boost that 'Dance With Me Tonight' had last year

She's been miming so much over the last 2-3 years who knows what Britney sounds like these days?

here's most recent live singing from her, 2-3 months ago on X-Factor, she was singing happy B-Day to La Reid.

sounds good I would say.

Are people actually expecting S&S to be number one?

Well, I am... :P
