It's been re-released and retitled as If You're Never Gonna Move, which is partly due to a US release (iirc?). ^_^

Maybe it's because he's a Sound of 2013 nominee, so they're just playlisting one of his tracks regardless of whether it was released or not (I think Can't Pretend was one of the songs on his 4-track EP released earlier in the year). I think it's a similar situation with Haim, as they only playlisted Don't Save Me after it was officially released - they must just be showcasing random tracks from the Sound of 2013 artists.
