December 16, 201311 yr XO is definitely the best choice for worldwide smash. I have a feeling it will be properly massive...
December 16, 201311 yr YES! OMG YES. I was certain she'd save this until about single 3 (probably because of the other rumours) so to see it serve as the lead single... Amazing. Definitely already one of my favourites from her!
December 17, 201311 yr 3xUfCUFPL-8 far from the most exciting video but it does the job. excited for this to smash.
December 17, 201311 yr This is such a summer song though, so maybe releasing towards then wasn't a bad idea.
December 17, 201311 yr This is such a summer song though, so maybe releasing towards then wasn't a bad idea. It could easily fit into any season. It's so joyous, euphoric and easily relatable. I'm with Jake, potentially her best single yet.
December 17, 201311 yr Definitely a good choice, easily the second best on the album ('Pretty Hurts' >>>>), and that video is fab!
January 22, 201411 yr Love this, agreed, her best single to date. Halo, Single Ladies, Countdown whooo?
January 26, 201411 yr Starting to take off on UK charts finally, it's reached a new peak of #24. Hopefully it might get top 20 next week!
February 3, 201411 yr I feel like I would like this song more if it was by someone else. I almost think her voice is too good for the song....I know that sounds like a ridiculous comment. It's just the song and its lyrics have a really carefree and ethereal feel, but the way Beyonce does the vocals just seem a bit too heavy and serious to fit. Like 'Drunk in Love' isn't necessarily a better song, but I feel it works better as a whole package, purely because the way she delivers her vocals click better with the darker production on that song.
