They both got exactly the same average even when looking at more decimal places (both were 9.4 exactly), so it was just alphabetical order. If you wanted to break ties with most 11s and so on then 'Bring It All Back' got two 11s and two 10s whereas 'Never Had A Dream Come True' got two 11s and five 10s so I suppose you can say the latter was top 5 after all.
July 25, 201410 yr Yessss at 'Say Goodbye'! Ewww at 'You' finishing 2nd. :/ Such bizarre results on the whole though. I think they'd be much different if done now though. Especially just using the singles.
July 25, 201410 yr Don't Stop Movin' should have won or at least made top 5 as well as Reach, Say Goodbye is ok but not a deserved winner, glad Show Me Your Colours is top 10, it shoulda been a single, and Love Train deserved higher
