February 10, 201312 yr A$AP Rocky at #43 again :( Could've been top 40 if not for 1D, Nickelback and The Fray.
February 10, 201312 yr I was hoping to see 'Call Me Maybe' make it a year in the top 75, damn. I'm surprised Marina charted at all, shame her label screwed this one up so much.
February 10, 201312 yr "How To Be A Heartbreaker" straight in at No. 88 Well that was WORTH IT. I might have bought it had I not illegally downloaded it about 5 months ago when it was being promoted but we were being prevented from buying it.
February 10, 201312 yr Fall Out Boy in at #5. Was surprised to see it doing so well, didn't think they'd ever get a hit single again after 'I Don't Care' done nothing of note. Shame about 'How To Be A Heartbreaker', but it has got to be one of the most terribly managed single releases I've seen (even if the song's ace).
February 10, 201312 yr Is this really only the 19th week in the chart for Keep on Movin'? :o Glad to see Tyler James and Drake make the top 75. And both of A$AP Rocky's songs doing well too, although it's so annoying seeing Wild For the Night hovering just outside the top 40 every week. :( Glad to see Kano finally credited on something too, after him losing out on two top 75 hits recently due to them being remixes. February 10, 201312 yr Author A$AP Rocky at #43 again :( Could've been top 40 if not for 1D, Nickelback and The Fray. Could've been top 40 if not for [any three arbitrary songs in the top 42] :P Is this really only the 19th week in the chart for Keep on Movin'? :o Glad to see Kano finally credited on something too, after him losing out on two top 75 hits recently due to them being remixes. I'm pretty sure the OCC only lists weeks since a certain point, so old songs from before the download era that re-enter don't have the weeks from their original run included. Given that, quite impressive that Keep On Movin' has as many as 19 weeks, wouldn't really think of it as a strong download seller! Great to see it back anyway  Classic pop song. What are these 2 Kano songs? I assume 'POW 2011' is one since OCC credited that to Lethal Bizzle feat. Grime All Stars but no idea what other one you're referring to. -x- Really surprised to see Drake entering as high as #71 on just a couple of days' sales without going higher than ~#26 on iTunes. Hopefully top 40 next week although it'll probably just miss out. Fleetwood Mac's 'Go Your Own Way' is a bit of an out-of-the-blue top 100 re-entry, don't think I saw it top 100 on iTunes during the week. Must have multiple versions I guess. Lovely to see Frightened Rabbit making the top 10 on the albums chart :D If only 'The Woodpile' had made the top 100. Edited February 10, 201312 yr by Bré
February 10, 201312 yr Is this really only the 19th week in the chart for Keep on Movin'? :o I'd imagine this number is so low due to the CD single being deleted back when it was first released.
February 10, 201312 yr Only 17 weeks in the top 75, so I assume the 19 weeks top 100 is correct Five - Keep On Movin' - (17 Weeks) 06/11/1999 -{1}-3-6-8-13-16-21-24-20-19-19-24-31-41-54-60-63
February 10, 201312 yr What are these 2 Kano songs? I assume 'POW 2011' is one since OCC credited that to Lethal Bizzle feat. Grime All Stars but no idea what other one you're referring to. I assume the other one is Sway "Still Speedin", as that had a Kano remix on its EP - but that version wasn't the one that was selling so I'm not sure why Eric's complaining that he's "missed out" on this top 75 hit.
February 10, 201312 yr Didn't expect to see Lawson climb to a new peak of #13 :o Great for Disclosure to get a huge hit already out of White Noise! Another top five for Emeli and a first one in six years for Fall Out Boy, definitely didn't expect them to have any more singles chart success! Shame Little Mix are just falling short of getting another top ten but good to see Dizzee get one slowly but surely, rather than his usual peak and plummet.
February 10, 201312 yr Author I assume the other one is Sway "Still Speedin", as that had a Kano remix on its EP - but that version wasn't the one that was selling so I'm not sure why Eric's complaining that he's "missed out" on this top 75 hit. Oh yes I remember that now. I think the Kano remix was available before the solo version and made the top 75 on iTunes which might explain Eric counting it as him missing out (although it didn't make the official chart that week anyway). What's the reason behind £1 Fish Man's climb? It's 59p on iTunes. Wasn't expecting it to climb again this week but then all the other new 59p songs have as well so it only makes sense. (Lots of great songs in the 59p promotion right now actually - The Fray, blink-182, Kings Of Leon, OutKast, Florence, Five  - notable exception being 'She Will Be Loved'). February 10, 201312 yr Author Devlin's album tracklisting does indeed list the Ed Sheeran collab as '(All Along The) Watchtower', so I've retroactively changed that in my spreadsheet. The extra bit looks so unnecessary.
