The penultimate track (and final album-track) from Music of the Sun, "Let Me" is also here, followed by the equally-sultry "Roc Me Out" from Talk That Talk.

Just five places ahead of part 2 is the original version of "Love the Way You Lie", which was a slightly controversial choice to have Rihanna as a featured artist, with the song being about domestic abuse. It went on to become yet another US #1 for both artists, and became Rihanna's first million-selling single in the UK. "Half Of Me", a sweet mid-tempo taken from her latest album follows it."Shut Up and Drive", one of the endless number of singles taken from the Good Girl Gone Bad is next, with another song from the Reloaded edition, "Take A Bow", her second UK #1 single, sandwiching "Talk That Talk". The latter features Jay-Z and surprisingly missed the UK top 20 after a poorly-handled single campaign.

Shut Up And Drive and Take A Bow were two highlights of that campaign. I can't remember what's in the top 30 but it's going to have to be flawless if those two didn't make it.

 

Is Love The Way You Lie the highest feature? I'd have expected it to be if it isn't.

What a fantastic section! 'Love the Way You Lie' is overplayed, but I still completely love it. :wub: 'Half Of Me' is a BRILLIANT bonus track which deserved to be on the main album as it's a thousand times better than, like 3 quarters of the album :lol:. 'Take A Bow' has always been one of my favourite RiRi songs and I don't like it when people call it dull. :( It's stunning and simple.

 

Wanting a 'Fire Bomb' win, but I reckon a single will walk away with it. 'We Found Love' will probably win.

I'm going to have faith in the Rihanna fandom community of Buzzjack (only this community :lol:) and hope 'We Found Love', 'Umbrella', 'Te Amo', 'Man Down', 'Unfaithful' and 'Only Girl (In the World)' all peak in the top 10 and as many of them to go top 5.

 

Can't believe the likes of 'Love The Way You Lie Part II' and 'Shut Up And Drive' are this low. :o :o I love them. :( Also, how is 'Dem Haters' SECOND FROM BOTTOM?! Rihanna's the best pop star on the planet but she's released shit more toxic than DH. :( That's such a sumer jam!! :wub:

Talk That Talk so high, ugh. It's alright but it's SO overrated, I exactly expected it higher though.

I guess one of my 6 ultimate faves had to go first and it's more underrated on here than WFL, Umb, Unf, OGITW and MD.

'Rehab' and 'Cold Case Love' should both be higher, although I'm glad the former made it into the top thirty which I wasn't actually expecting.

Oh boo at Rehab crashing out earlier than i would have liked. Definitely my favourite Rih song and such a 11/10 moment.

We start with where it all kicked off for Rihanna, her debut single Pon De Replay finishes at a respectable #25. It doesnt seem to have aged as well as some of her other singles, but I still really love it ... even just for nostalgia value. We next have two of Good Girl Gone Bads strongest album tracks in the title track and Breakin Dishes. Following that is The xx sampling Drunk On Love, which I had no idea was held in such high regard. But I do love it, and it would have made an excellent single! Finally we have another feature, and the first of two with Kanye to appear on the countdown. Run This Town still sounds as fresh and as anthemic as it did back then, it feels quite underrated these days actually.

'Run This Town' should be higher, really is a massive gem! I'm so glad it got to number 1, so much better than 'Empire State of Mind' which has completely overshadowed it these day. It was tough deciding whether 'Take Care' or RTT should get my 11.
