Why has the Vanbot song suddenly sprung up all over the personal charts forum anyway, it was covered (and overhyped - it really isn't THAT great) by the big blogs over a month ago! I guess we know the LII winner already!

I don't even get the hype for it, normally I understand why the big songs are so hyped up, but honestly Hold This Moment is totally sub par by Vanbot standards.

Oh it will get vetoed. That many PC appearances and the Scandipop piece pretty much guarantee it.

Her entire debut album was better :lol: Since everybody started using Scandipop to source entries I've done the opposite :lol: I used to send Swedes every month or every other month but the last Swedish song I sent was Flares over a year ago :o Most of the great Swedish stuff is just far too overexposed now, everybody already knows it before the contest even happens!

Took a while to grow on me, personally (I'd actually call it her best but then I'd never loved her, for some reason) - I'd never send it to BJSC, waaaaay too obvious and I'm sure it'll be vetoed if it is sent!

 

(That said the song I've currently got my eye on could easily be sung by Vanbot. BUT ISN'T.)

Surprisingly, given how frequently I visited, Scandipop was never a major source for me. It's certainly not one I bother with anymore since it became such a mainstream source.

 

I have other sources for my trashy-electro-fem-pop needs.

I have a string of incredible tracks lined up. Although I'm getting tempted to just send the list to Ryan so they can finish in the positions they deserve. -_-

I have two possibilities that I really love plus two more that I'm liking enough to enter at some point.

 

No idea which way I'm going to go with this one as a song has come from nowhere and really grabbed me in the past week or so.

The entry that I'm planning to send is a lot less dance-y than Apollo, but it's still great and I think it could be a qualifier :D
