Her radio support is awful. Not even in the top 100.

Nicole Scherzinger tweeted she's #01 on the midweeks.

Didn`t expect #1 for Nicole hopefully she hangs on, if not i`d say top 3 for sure if it drops.

i wonder if Radio 1 will now support it given that it (so far) headed to the top spot

Not surprised about Nicole being #1, new releases that are *almost* #1 on iTunes at this stage tend to somehow have an extra boost to the top, she does have a remixes EP. It'll be very close between the top 2/3, I expect Justin to overtake by tomorrow.

 

56k is great for Bowie, he should reach 100k then :D Hahaha at Bon Jovi being #2 again, pretty strong sales for them as well and should be enough to stay #2 as Bastille and Emeli will probably drop by a fair amount this week.

I suspect Emeli Sande and Bastille will drop to ~30k, so it may be a case of Bastille being #3 all week only to be overtaken by Emeli at the weekend.

Such a shame that Hurts new song Miracle doesn't seem to have made a dent in the charts so far. A fab tune! The best I can hope for is a top 10 album by the looks of things. They were sent that tweet saying they hadn't made the radio playlist the same week Nicole Sherzinger was. I just don't understand why the British radio stations don't want to support them - they're so big in Europe.

Never expected Boomerang to reach #1 in the midweeks! the EP sales and double versions of it must really help

I hope Miracle climbs but I know their singles didn't do very well last time it was only their album. I wonder whether they need to tour more here rather than concentrating on Europe. Maybe I'm just biased. :lol:

Very happy for Bowie! I didn't expect it to match the hype with sales but over 50K on day one is amazing for him, pretty much what I expected for a full week's total.

Pretty sure JT will be #1 in todays mids! Wow at those David Bowie sales :o Wonder how JT will do next week :D
