I'm not... but I'm in love with this song since September and this one deserved to be her BIGGEST hit ever for me. He has 20% lead over her still...

On the bright side, I'm quite happy with a 3 weeker at #1 instead of the weekly #1 turnover.

It'll be interesting to see if he can hold on for another week, next week with his video and album out.

I've a feeling One Way Or Another might have climbed back up significantly by Sunday with the Comic Relief boost, at least as high as #4. Nicole will probably have dropped to #6.

I can actually imagine this, so saddening. :(

It doesn't deserve it, but it has had zero radio support and scant video play so it's to be expected.

I assume that when Justin's album is released next week, the Mirror sales from the pre-order won't be subtracted from the total single sales?

I'm still not comfortable with pre-order single sales counting towards the singles chart if sales aren't subtracted on release. It's double counting.

Anyone know the record for the biggest fall from #1 midweek to the official charting?

Oh wow, was not expecting Nicole to have already dropped that far, she'll be lucky to stay top 5 now :o Justin must have a third week in the bag now wooooo.

Bon Jovi have an 11.5k+ lead over Emeli so they should definitely stay #2 on the albums!

There's a pinned thread about this :P

Woo, go P!nk! :cheer: Perfect Top 2!

So much for David Bowie selling 100k+ and Bon Jovi selling 50k+ for Sunday. :( I just hope they both have good weekend sales. Nice to see Hurts still Top 10, should stay there for Sunday.

Can't get over P!nk being #2 in the mids!! Would be great if she somehow managed to end up at #1 by like 17 sales or something :D
Fuelled by a performance on Jonathan Ross's ITV1 show last Saturday, Nicole Scherzinger's brand new Interscope/Polydor single Boomerang had started the week leading the midweek singles chart but has now dropped to 4. Ahead of it, Justin Timberlake's Mirrors looks like holding on to No 1 this Sunday with its closest challenger another RCA release, Pink featuring Nate Ruess's Just Give Me A Reason, which progresses 4-2.

Friday Update Top 40 Only

Singles

1 Justin Timberlake

2 P!nk

3 Bruno Mars

4 Nicole Scherzinger

Pink at #2 :o

Seriously didn't think 'JGMAR' would do this well but so pleased to see the track doing well even if it is only set to sell something like 40k to get there.

If Nicole has dropped 01-04 in the space of 2 days, then sales must be close between the top 4. I'd guess Justin Timberlake was only slightly behind but has gained the most. The prospect of 'Mirrors' potentially looking at 4 weeks at #1 is brilliant - would never have expected this to happen.
