Posted March 30, 201312 yr It could go either way, this Sunday. But what do you think will be #1? Something tells me that Pink will just get it, with her lead on iTunes she has surely caught up with Ant & Dec.
March 30, 201312 yr Author Why is there no Saturdays on the poll? Because they don't have a chance of being #1.
March 30, 201312 yr I hope to god it will be P!nk, weird it will be the second time a third single by her gets to #01 if so.
March 30, 201312 yr I have a gut feeling it's gonna be PJ + Duncan. :( Rooting for P!nk though! C'mon.
March 30, 201312 yr 10 votes to each in the poll - it really is impossible to call. I have a feeling PJ & Duncan may *just* stick it out (by <1k?) but it could definitely go either way.
March 30, 201312 yr I think it's certain that PJ & Duncan will do it. Pink only started overtaking on Thursday morning and by Tuesday night, PJ&D had an 11k lead over her. Definitely PJ&D.
March 30, 201312 yr PJ & Duncan had a 10k lead or thereabouts right up until Thursday according to the mids, so I think they'll just about hang on considering they may get some promotion with it tonight. Unless it doesn't have any effect and Pink gets to about 50-60% of them before midnight, should that happen, Pink should just beat them.
March 30, 201312 yr I think PJ & Duncan. The truth is, people are aware that it's going to be very close, so there'll be more promotion of some form for the song imo. They might even perform it on TV again to get some extra sales. Edited March 30, 201312 yr by Eric_Blob
March 30, 201312 yr I'd like P!nk to do it, but sadly I think PJ & Duncan have got this in the bag. Hope it dosen't stick around in the Top 40 forever though it's a nice surprise now, but it will get annoying if we have to hear it for 15+ weeks.
March 30, 201312 yr I didn't think P!nk had a chance until late yesterday but she is now more than 50% ahead of PJ and D (136% of Mirrors vs 89%). Also with the bank holiday overall sales may be a bit higher than usual which will help her. Still can't call it though. And it's really hard to say how much exposure there will be for PJ and D tonight and what effect that will have.

March 30, 201312 yr It's definitely looking set to be a close run finish but I think PJ & Duncan are going to edge out in front. I personally don't mind this getting to no. 1, it could've been something much worse. As for Pink, 'JGMAR' might not reach the no. 1 but the track will have much better longevity. Therefore Pink may well have one of the biggest selling #2 hits of 2013 (maybe the biggest?). It's happened in the last couple of years and it looks set to continue again this year. At least we can assume Pink will be promoted to #1 status in Gezza's Non Number 1s of 2013 thread next year. :D
March 30, 201312 yr If PJ&D do it this week, I hope they have a ridiculous chart run like: 1-6-19-41-OUT
March 30, 201312 yr I don't like this week's Top Two at all but I think that Let's Get Ready To Rhumble is going to #1. I just don't see Just Give Me A Reason being a #1.
