Will the Rudimental - Waiting All Night (EP) count towards the singles chart as it's 28 minutes long?

Chart eligibility rules state:

  • Digital Single Bundle - 25 minutes and no more than four songs plus alternative versions of featured songs.
  • Remix Single - One song title and any number of remixes of that featured title to a maximum of 40 minutes applicable to “Maxi” physical or digital formats and 12” vinyl formats.
It fits into neither category, so will it count?
Judy Garland, Xtina, Nelly, Pink, Justin, PJ and Duncan, The Big Reunion. 2013 is a complete timewarp so far.
Rudimental for #1! 'Waiting All Night' is the best thing they have done by miles and deserves to be a massive hit. I also hope 'Yung Rapunxel' at least gets top 40 when it is released on Tuesday, I know it's never going to be a massive hit but hopefully it will make an apperance due to the hype around Azealia.

Well-spotted. Unless they make some sort of exception because there are still only four songs, but as I read the rules they shouldn't.

21 - Clean Bandit – Mozart’s House

75+ - Luke Sital-Singh – Old Flint (EP)

C'MON MOZART'S HOUSE! :w00t:

JESSIE WARE FOR NUMBER ONE

My two songs of the summer in one week. 'Imagine It Was Us' and 'Modern Hearts' probably won't make a dent on the charts, but they're absolute jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaams.

Just noticed these:

239. Music Factory - Waiting All Night (A Tribute to Rudimental and Ella Eyre)

455. Neil Edward - #thatPOWER

1400. Music Ministry - #thatPOWER (A Tribute to Will.I.Am and Justin Bieber)

101. Imagine It Was Us - Jessie Ware

391. Waiting All Night (feat. Ella Eyre) - Rudimental

760. #thatPOWER (feat. Justin Bieber) - will.i.am

EPs on Albums Chart

1. Waiting All Night - EP - Rudimental

3. Mozart's House - EP - Clean Bandit

19. Easy (Remixes) - Mat Zo & Porter Robinson

25. Old Flint - EP - Luke Sital-Singh

84. Fire Blaze (Remixes) - EP - Rascals

Already top 400 in less than an hour = pretty much certain #1. Any sign of will.i.am yet? (Was '#thatPOWER' even put up for pre-order?)

Didn't realise 'Easy' was out this week, hope it can at least go top 100... no idea what to expect of it really but the pre-order didn't really do much.

Oh and gwon Clean Bandit also! Will be great to see 'Mozart's House' anywhere in the top 40 which it should be able to do at least.

It amazes me that the record labels don't read the rules

And as it was available for pre-order, someone must have told them. They could easily have dropped a track.

Jessie Ware – Imagine It Was Us

Rascal’s ft. Professor Green – Fire Blaze

Rudimental feat Ella Eyre - Waiting All Night

^ These songs NEED to do well this week.

Platnum – Love You Tomorrow

Will.i.am ft. Justin Bieber - #thatPOWER

^ These songs aren't so good, but I like the artists, so won't be totally devastated either way.

There goes Iggy's top 20 spot with all these new releases, smh <_<
