Maybe that was for Plan B instead... :P

Not really. The minute the lights went out and Plan B's name came up on the screen the crowd went mental. It was one of the craziest audiences I've ever been in, especially when 'Ill Manors' kicked in.

Will Rudimental make a dent on the album chart as well, then?

No, it's too cheap for the album chart. I suppose it could theoretically make the the budget album chart but I doubt it will.

I don't think the OCC rules about single EPs being 'too long' have actually ever been put into practice, I'm pretty sure Rudimental's will still count. They'll be easily #1 even without it though so it'll be hard to tell.

I don't know of a case of it happening with a digital EP, but there again I don't know of it not happening, if you see what I mean. The rules were certainly enforced IRO physical singles in the past, although a few did slip through. As you say though, the point seems moot.

PS - this is the first time I've tried multi-quote, hope it works.

Oh I meant re: digital single EPs for the record, I know it was enforced for CDs :P The only way it can be proven is if the OCC specifically say one way or the other if they're allowing EP sales to count to 'Waiting All Night'.

 11. Gentleman - PSY

Video premiere seems to have done its job so far, I hope this can make the top 10 before it starts to fall. On first listen I just thought 'this is better than I expected' but I actually genuinely really like it now, possibly even more than 'Gangnam Style'!

 19. Read All About It, Pt. III - Emeli Sandé

Really? :(

 32. Mozart's House - Clean Bandit

:left: 34. Feel My Rhythm - Viralites

 77. Easy (Radio Edit) - Mat Zo & Porter Robinson

 91. Imagine It Was Us - Jessie Ware

:left: 96. Feel My Rhythm (Club Mix) - Viralites

Clean Bandit overtaking Viralites :cheer: Hope they can make the top 20. Ouch at Jessie Ware already falling.

The "official" term of "one-hit wonder" is getting one #1 hit and then not getting any top-20s at all. If PSY holds up throughout the week he'll break that barrier! I don't really like the song though. But to show off my poor taste I'll say that I like #thatpower! Maybe even slightly more than 'Waiting All Night'.
I think Psy will have peaked and be freefalling by this time next week.

Just bought Waiting All Night, #thatPOWER, Mozart's House, Fade, and Falling. Hope they all climb this week (hopefully Work and Can't Hold Us will climb too!)

"Work" is falling because of all the new releases *sigh*

1. Rudimental - Waiting All Night (feat. Ella Eyre)

2. will.i.am - #thatPOWER (feat. Justin Bieber)

11. PSY - Gentleman

28. Clean Bandit - Mozart's House

35. Viralites - Feel My Rhythm

42. Little Mix - How Ya Doin'?

68. Mat Zo & Porter Robinson - Easy (Radio Edit)

102. Viralites - Feel My Rhythm (Club Mix)

PSY will be in the top 10 today once Ding Dong! falls out. So this means that the effects of "PSY's favourite day of the week" will probably return next Saturday.
Is Jessie Wares song OA/OS?

Radio 1 haven't playlisted it yet but she is pretty much guaranteed to be playlisted so it's OA/OS in the same vein as 'Now' by Paramore.

Combined totals

Rudimental 1.000

Will.i.am/ Justin Bieber .67

Duke Dumont 0.59

P!nk 0.51

Rudimental should be safe for a few days at least....

Is Jessie Wares song OA/OS?

Sort of, it was first played about a month ago on Annie Mac.

I had a radio rip of it from that show, and so it feels weird now listening to it without "Pow, Pow, Pow: Special Delivery" every 50 seconds.

I'd certainly have to lose my mind before I went to a Plan B gig... :P
