It's the regionals episode, we find out who "Katie" is and one character is saying goodbye! Looking like the best episode ever in music terms, here's what we're up to so far:

'Clarity' by Zedd feat. Foxes [Frida Romero & The Hoosierdaddies]

'Wings' by Little Mix [Frida Romero & The Hoosierdaddies]

'I Love It' by Icona Pop [Tina, Kitty, Brittany & Unique]

'Hall Of Fame' by The Script feat. will.i.am [Artie, Sam, Joe & Ryder]

'All Or Nothing' Glee original written by Marley [Marley & Blaine]

'To Love You More' by Céline Dion [Rachel]

And speaking of originals, I'm finding it a lot more believable with Marley as a songwriter, I hope this one is as great as 'Outcast'.

IT'S NOW OR NEVER FOR THE NEW DIRECTIONS ON THE SEASON FINALE OF "GLEE" THURSDAY, MAY 9, ON FOX

Patty Duke, Meredith Baxter and Season 12 AMERICAN IDOL Runner-Up Jessica Sanchez Make Guest Appearances

It's finally time for Regionals, and the glee club is more determined than ever to advance to Nationals. Brittany returns from her MIT trip with a new attitude and Ryder finally has a lead on who is "catfishing" him in the all-new "All Or Nothing" season finale episode of GLEE airing on Thursday, May 9 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GLE-422) (TV-14 D, L)

Aside from that Artie/Sam/Joe/Ryder rendition of Hall Of Fame, PERFECT set of songs. Particularly excited for Wings and to hear All Or Nothing!

"Hall of Fame"? Seriously?

"Wings" will either be great or awful (i.e. a direct cover of Little Mix - I love the original, but I think it has potential to be great again once covered).

This is the episode I'm most looking forward to! Cannot wait for it at all.

I do wish 'All Or Nothing' was a cover of the O-Town, forgotten gem. But an original song is always a good thing.

Looks like a good episode but it's a shame that New Directions aren't doing Wings :(

Apparently it's ending on a cliffhanger as well

I do like "All Or Nothing" but "Outcast" is the better original song imo.

Really like all the music this episode even though I don't think anything has been changed up in a huge way.

All Or Nothing is lovely  I agree Outcast is probably better though.

Wings could be SO much better, but I'm enjoying it enough. Clarity and I Love It are great though!

Great episode! It was a really good finale!
Aah, I loved it! It started off quite patchy with yet another Brittany breakdown, but turned around quickly - the reveal of the catfish was excellent, I loved the proposal in Breadsticks, Brittany's pre-Regionals speech, and Will and Emma's surprise wedding! And New Directions won too - there's certainly a fair bit of material to work with for season 5, hopefully they don't mess it up. I'm still not a fan of Blaine's planned proposal to Kurt - only a few weeks ago he was confessing his love to Sam (speaking of, I watched Guilty Pleasures again yesterday, and "Against All Odds" was beautiful )!

Brittany's speech was so heartfelt. Hope it actually isn't the last we see of her, I imagine they'll bring her back in the same way they do with Mercedes, Mike, Puck, Quinn etc. but they do need to work around Heather Morris' pregnancy somehow.

The catfish felt a bit obvious but I guess it was always going to be that way and I'm sure everyone, me included, saw through Marley's cover-up. Hopefully they patch it up a bit as there was already a glimmer of, don't want Ryder to be out entirely. I'm not sure about them winning, just because the other team were really good too and it took the previous cast a second try to get to Nationals. Also leaving it in the middle of a competition year, meh.

I'm not a fan of the proposal either but I was worried towards the end that it was going to happen and leave on a cliff-hanger so glad it didn't. Surprised we didn't see a bit more of Rachel either.

For the highlighted point, season 5 is going to continue the current school year.

I'm also surprised there was little-to-no Rachel, although to be honest, I think it would be ridiculous even by Glee's standards if she were to receive the role in Funny Girl. I guess we'll find out next season with her playing Fanny/or not.

EDIT: I get the feeling that this was written/filmed before they knew whether they'd be renewed for another season, with many untied plots left to keep the viewing guessing, so in that sense, I don't think Rachel will have got the role...

Edited by THEO.

I do think Glee was to have another season, but these 2 will be the FINAL 2 I think. You'd never know they may cancel after next season.

Finally finished season 4! :cheer:

The revelation of Unique being the catfish was a bit underwhelming. It could have been somebody more interesting that would throw a spanner in the works in terms of where the story can go from here (is it really going to be anything different from Ryder finding out, Ryder hating Unique, tension being there for weeks, Ryder and Unique sing about it and they're friends again?).

Was so happy that Cassie and Rachel had a happy ending. Blaine is just one of the most annoying things ever (I liked him when he first arrived and in season 3, but really, they're just milking the character now because there's no goodness left in him). 'Shooting Star' was executed brilliantly. Naya being in most of the season was fab as well. Marley, Jake and Ryder are all fabulous additions to the cast though <3
