803. Alicia Keys & Maxwell - Fire We Make

I would like to see Maxwell in the charts one day (I know he's re-entered a few times with This Woman's Work, but properly ). I used to like his song Pretty Wings.

Primary school? How old are you? :o

Let Her Go might become the new Jar Of Hearts and that will probably be the most success that it has in my opinion. I'm hoping so anyway, I don't want it to get overplayed.

I am loving Can't Hold Us at the moment though, and I'm so glad that it's in the Top 3!

Frank Turner & VW in the red now, they'll Prob be low 80s by Sunday lol. Daft Punk doing well STILL - 1)Increased airplay

2) Continued hype

3) Video/radio playlisted

'Jar Of Hearts' was probably one of the most overplayed songs of the past 5 years.

Bloody hell! :o

'Jar Of Hearts' was probably one of the most overplayed songs of the past 5 years.

Funnily enough it actually had a very low radio peak at the time, I'm almost certain it was never top 10 (and not top 20 for very long either).

I meant in terms of chart success, although I can see why you got confused.

The chorus of this song is so rubbish.

The jump to #12 is not surprising, the pop bars for the songs at #12-15 were:

12. Justin Timberlake - Mirrors 10.56%

13. Little Mix ft Missy Elliot - How You Doin 10.51%

14. PSY - Gentleman 10.39%

15. David Guetta ft Akon & Ne-Yo - Play Hard 10.17%

Ah, the 'Play Hard' video has come out, no wonder it's spiked so much in the last couple of days. I hope P!nk can climb back to #9 before this goes top 10, it'd be an improvement over 'Feel This Moment' although still not great.

I was expressing my surprise because when I looked last night it was well outside the top 20.

Wonder if he new Chase n Status track played on Zane Lowe tonight is on iTunes yet?
Anyone else think we could have 4 dance number 1s in a row Duke Dumont x 2 weeks, Rudimental for a week, Daft Punk x 2 weeks & Chris Malinchink??
Stereophonics are having a really good era, Graffiti On The Train about to go top 75 to follow a relative success in Indian Summer and a pretty huge album which seems to be hanging around! Quite surprising after their last era's almighty failure!
