Posted April 26, 201312 yr Sure we had a thread for this but I can't see it! Here's a new trailer: liLpmVDLvng Now less than three months until the prequel to my favourite Pixar movie is released, woo!
April 26, 201312 yr The trailer is AMAZING. I literally cannot withstand the excitement I have to go and see the film. :w00t:
April 27, 201312 yr Not seen any other trailers apart from the first teaser and the first trailer! So EXCITED for it. 'Monster's Inc' is like my fourth favourite Pixar film, but it's still very much a solid 10 out of 10 <3 I think it's clever doing a prequel as opposed to a sequel! It'll be something different for them. I was thinking the other day to do a "Disney Pixar Rate", but I'm not sure on the interest it'd get.
May 8, 201312 yr Not seen any other trailers apart from the first teaser and the first trailer! So EXCITED for it. It'll be something different for them. I was thinking the other day to do a "Disney Pixar Rate", but I'm not sure on the interest it'd get. I'd be interested, but I think all bar 'Ratatouille' and 'Wall-E' are 10/10 moments.
May 8, 201312 yr I'd be interested, but I think all bar 'Ratatouille' and 'Wall-E' are 10/10 moments. :lol:What? :drama: For that reason alone, I'm not going to bother! -_- :P - 'Wall-E' is my second favourite. Such a beautiful film.
May 10, 201312 yr What? :drama: For that reason alone, I'm not going to bother! -_- :P - 'Wall-E' is my second favourite. Such a beautiful film. 'Wall-E' (and 'Ratatouille') are still solid 8 or 9/10 moments. I've come to the conclusion that it's impossible for Pixar to produce an average film!
May 10, 201312 yr 'Brave'! I found that ridiculously average and I'm sure 'Planes' will follow suit! :P (Still not seen 'Cars 2'! - the only one I haven't seen)
July 19, 201312 yr sadly I found it the most average of all Pixar movies - not bad but not up with sheer greatness of Up, Wall-E, Nemo, Toy Story (1,2,3), Incredibles... Despicable Me 2 was marginally more entertaining...
July 19, 201312 yr Watched this the other day, it was fantastic! Absolutely hilarious, not quite as good as the original but hardly anything is. 'Brave'! I found that ridiculously average and I'm sure 'Planes' will follow suit! :P (Still not seen 'Cars 2'! - the only one I haven't seen) I haven't seen Cars 2 either, but the first one was horrifically boring. Definitely the worst Pixar film imo.
July 20, 201312 yr Cars was rubbish. Cars 2 was the first time that I didn't even bother to watch a Pixar film and I still haven't and I don't care. Pixar have gone a bit downhill recently and I'm far less excited for this than I would be for any sequel to the orginal film. We want Boo!
July 25, 201311 yr Oh don't be put off from watching this. It's fantastic (not quite as good as 'Despicable Me 2' for me, but it's still SOLID).
August 30, 201311 yr Oh lord at some of the hate in here. What is wrong with you heartless people!? Cars is incredible as is everything Pixar have ever done (except the cursed BRAVE). Finally got round to watching this yesterday and loved it. Have to admit i was sleepy and so drifted at the start but it really picked up and i was so involved around the half way point and then the end with Mike winning it for the team (before finding out Sully's involvement) had me cheering like a little child. The ending was nicely done too in setting it up for the original. Pixar have always been so point with everything and while sequels don't always live up to expectations i'm happy for them to continue being made as long as the ideas are fresh. I mean each of the Toy Story films have gotten progressively better so they obviously can work it well. The prequel idea here was fun and i think it worked well for the most part.
