I'm really puzzled how songs like 'Friday' and 'Swagger Jagger' get such a huge dislike bar on YT while there are songs that are much worse out there (won't mention names for the sake of keepin' peace) and that are actually supposed to be taken seriously. What are you on about? Friday and swagger jagger are the very definition of 'theres worst songs out there', its manufactured, autotuned, poorly written crap that is completly souless and only exists for the sake of money, i don't know how these songs can even pass as music rather than just annoying noise!

July 13, 201114 yr Example was criticising the lyrics of The Saturdays (ie. not personally criticising them) and made a joke about Alexandra Burke 'really being 41', to which the artists in question overreacted massively. This is why he 'gets away with it'. He did nothing wrong. I do think Cher should learn to deal with criticism better but I'm not going to accuse her of being a 'brat' for that specific tweet (although she is a bit of a brat for other reasons) Edited July 13, 201114 yr by Bré

I'm literally 3 days older than her and never speak like that, so I don't see why people are saying "Oh she's a 17 year old girl. It's what you'd expect" Really liked her first audition and even during bootcamp/judges houses, but once the live shows started.. Her attitude began to put me off her It's always about her "haters".. Most people in the music business have them. She's not a special case. Just ignore them and get on with it It did make me laugh when she was talking about the meaning of the song on T4 and was basically describing herself.. Cassie Hairstyle ?

And on a similar note, I just can't grasp what's wrong with Cher doing a song about her haters? Again, SO MANY artists have done songs adressing that before. Really, really loads. And Cher actually had loads and loads of haters, so it's even more appropriate for her to do it than it is for most other artists to.

July 13, 201114 yr Well I can certainly see Alan speaking to her through gritted teeth, much alike his Katie Price, Alex Reid and Lindsay Lohan interviews. I'm sure she'll make an utter fool of herself though, which I for one can't wait to see. :D

Which is like the majority of the music charts these days and that was exactly my point, I don't understand why these two songs have been generally disliked while I think they're no different from the rest in the charts.

August 7, 201113 yr Todays position is in... 01. Cher Lloyd - Swagger Jagger 66,315 02. Jls - She Make Me Wanna 53,317 Awful sales. But she has quite a healthy lead. 12,998 in fact. I honestly thought JLS would be closer than that. (at least around 5k difference) So I'm ecstatic. Shame sales were so low though. :( But it was to be expected after the first set of mids said she was around 30k. I expected between 65k-70k. So I'm content.
August 7, 201113 yr Oh dear, lowest sales of the year for a number 1 isn't it? :-( At least she got there with a healthy lead, sales will be shit next week too then, even if Little Bad Girl takes over...
