Yeah this is true. Tinchy Stryder, Tinie Tempah, Roll Deep/Wiley, Wretch 32, Stylo G, Skepta, JME, Chipmunk, Rascals and others all use to put their videos only on Channel U before they became mainstream.

Now that the channel is called "Channel AKA" and all of these artists are making chart music grime is not as good as it use to be and is losing it's spark.

Yeah, but i cant blame them they want to reach out to a wider audience and im sure they're not complaining about the mainstream money they're now maki9ng. But Jme seems to be the only one who stayed making grime and refuse to go mainstream good on him.

What om Earth makes you say that? There's no way it will not be a hit.

I would have thought you of all people would've been able to detect the sarcasm there.

I think you're giving MJF far too much credit assuming that was sarcasm.

Right folks,

This morning I have had to delete about 20 posts of last night's "activities" which went well beyond what this thread is meant for. This was following a complaint made by a member. If you cannot conduct yourselves appropriately when chart mods are not around then the thread will simply be closed through the night, your choice. If you have any queries then please PM a chart mod.

Thanks

So the version I'm seeing now is with the weirdest stuff removed? Strewth, I don't think I want to know what it was like before.

Unless they hold it back for so ridiculously long that people have lost interest by the time it's finally released.

It would actually be the perfect scenario if they released it at the beginning of next week. It would get many hundreds of thousands of sales in its first week and it would stop the illegal downloaders who would legally download it if it was there! I really don't understand why the record label are being so stubborn about the release, it completely boggles the mind.

Like waiting until 1st July you mean?

No i haven't heard of them, are they any good?

The most famous guy from the group is Sox. Most people think they aren't any good, but they're by far the most popular around here. Probably because they've graffiti'd their names all over the city.

Absolutely loved Demi's performance on Britain's Got Talent, hopefully she will be able to climb back into the top 10 in the next few hours!

As much as i dislike Demi's wailing noise of a song, i'd be more than pleased if it knocks Live It Up out the Top 10

Why couldn't it be 2Chainz or bloody Daft Punk at #10 :( But still, best song of the year getting back in the top 10 is a fabulous result no matter what it's at the expense of.
