I have a feeling Dizzee/Robbie will chart higher than Jason in the end. They don't seem to be that far behind him and Jason will probably be more frontloaded. I think #2 for Dizzee/Robbie and #3 for Jason Derulo.

Up +500 places in an hour. Keep climbing at this rate and it should be top 10 by 12:14PM.

I can hope. :(

I'd say the opposite actually :P Goin' Crazy doesn't seem to me moving up that quickly, should still make it to #3 but i can't see it having a very long chart run

I'm not so sure about Jason Derulo & DizRob yet, Passenger & Naughty Boy could still hog the top 3 at the end of the week, I would say Jason #4 & DizRob #5. Well... I can dream
 4. The Other Side - Jason Derulo

This isn't going to #1 is it? I like it but Blurred Lines is so much better and deserves to stay at #1 until Icona Pop/John Newman come around to knock it off

Tom Odell  59

London Grammar  113

Would be fab if these 2 could swap places with Jason and Dizzee :(

I just heard 'Goin' Crazy' for the first time (and seen the video), for some reason I was expecting something bad but I actually quite like it. :o

The chorus is sort of anthemic.

'Can't Pretend' did go Top 75, peaked at #67

Oh yes, so it did. I think I was confusing it in my head with 'Oats In The Water' (both debuted in the 80s some time after their parent EPs but Ben dropped out again the next week while Tom climbed). Still, far too low a peak.

Yay for London Grammar top 100 already! Hope they do get that top 20. Currently looking like a top 3 of Robin, Jason and Dizzee in that order as I expected, really hope Dizzee can pull off an upset and overtake Jason but I highly doubt that'll happen :( At least he is still doing very well.

18. Killing Me Softly - Leah McFall

29. Picking Up the Pieces - Mike Ward

39. Don't Let Go - Cleo Higgins

58. One of Us - Andrea Begley

65. I Believe I Can Fly - Karl Michael

122. Girl On Fire - Matt Henry

142. End of the Road - Joseph Apostol

151. Ex-Factor - Ash Morgan

These seem to have just about peaked (still crawling up a bit), Leah should be staying clear of another top 10, woo.

The sight of Cleo Higgins in the top 40, next to Pras and Will Smith  Takes me back 15 years!

Odell and LG climbing a bit quicker now :cheer:

Jason Derulo - The Other Side  #2

This must be heading for #1 surely if it's already at number 2 this early!

It'll still need to nearly double to overtake Robin and even if it does Robin will almost certainly re-overtake later in the week.

Oh this is actually doing something? Yay.

I was really surprised when I first heard 'Goin' Crazy' as I wasn't expecting much from the song. The whole "I believe I'm, I believe I'm, I believe..." bit is incredibly catchy.

Just checked on Kworb and Jason Derulo was on 0.4252 with Naughty Boy on 0.4739 so Robin Thicke was still selling twice as much. I reckon Derulo will get close but if 'Blurred Lines' is looking at 180-190k for last week, I really don't see 'The Other One' having massive enough sales to be #1 next Sunday. Think Derulo has got #2 in the bag though.

Unfortunately that looks like being the case. It will be a few hours yet of course but it will be iTunes no.1 by late afternoon. Robin Thicke has 2 other versions currently at no.75 & 129, so Blurred Lines will hang on a little while longer combined but Derulo looks unstoppable.

It's a pity as a track that is selling as massively as Blurred Lines is really should have more than a mere 3 weeks at no.1 although it could always return there if 'The Other Side' turns out to be front loaded. At the moment I'm just hoping it's so frontloaded that Robin Thicke can hang on for the coming week.

There's no way that ' The Other Side ' will go to number one, he's still got over 50% to gain which I doubt he will be able to do, I would happily see 'The Other Side' peak at number two though!
Yep, I agree that there is no chance of Jason making iTunes #1, he'll probably stall between 0.6 and 0.7 of 'Blurred Lines'. Still doing fantastically well though!

Thank the iTunes god for Robin Thicke! If it weren't for him, Jason would be number 1 easily. At least Jason and Robbie/Dizzee have both been released in the same week so we won't get any chance of both of them being terrible number 1s :D

Shame the Wanted weren't released this week as well

But at the moment it's simply adding on sales due to the fact that it's a rolling 48hr chart and there are no sales dropping out from 48hrs ago (apart from pre-orders) The way it's made progress this morning I can't see it *not* getting to iTunes no.1.

I hope to be proved wrong though :)
