February 12, 201411 yr Capital just update their playlist at any time, the last update was last Friday. I'm sure there's a very good chance Pixie will be added within the next couple of weeks. Yay! I have a feeling it'll make C list on BBC one but not any higher :( Edited February 12, 201411 yr by vivek
February 12, 201411 yr That spells really bad news for her I think, I can so see this doing something like 11-33-48-70 Edited February 12, 201411 yr by mr_aly
February 12, 201411 yr As much as it's regrettable, it's pretty much entirely her team's fault for choosing this song should it flop.
February 12, 201411 yr My prediction is 3-12-28-57-OUT It'll peak well due to the different versions released, such as vamps fan buying the vamps version but it will sink like a rock. The peak will save her face though
February 12, 201411 yr I'll be shocked if it goes Top 3. I was shocked when Elephant went #3 and Disco Love went top 5 so you never know :P
February 12, 201411 yr 'Disco Love' going top 5 was hardly a major shock; it did deserve to. 'Nasty', in reality, shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the top 10, and I'd be surprised to see it go top 5 with or without radio support.
February 13, 201411 yr As I expected, this has now been playlisted on Capital. I'd still expect this to go top 5 when its released!
February 13, 201411 yr That may ensure it scrapes the top 10 in that case. I do like this song so it's not like I want it to flop, but I still can't see it doing anything spectacular.
February 13, 201411 yr Like a lot of her songs I find this very beige and just there -_- shes really hit and miss with me which is shame as I loved her first album.
February 13, 201411 yr I'm thinking this could do a 'What Do You Take Me For?' as musically that is her most similar single, I'd say. :( However, 'Move' did well recently - and sounds like fairly old-fashioned urban music to my ears, so maybe it actually stands a chance? On first listen, I'm not feeling this yet, but I think it has potential to grow!
February 13, 201411 yr Starring in Inspector George Gently tonight: http://i2.cdnds.net/14/07/618x414/pixie.jpg :) :) :)
February 13, 201411 yr The 'Mama Do' singer plays a holiday camp performer who ends up being the centre of an investigation for Gently and John Bacchus after a young woman's body is washed up beside a pier.
February 13, 201411 yr The 'Mama Do' singer plays a holiday camp performerJudging by how much this era will flop, she won't need to pretend to be one this time next year :coffee:
February 14, 201411 yr She was actually quite good in it! Singing aside (because once again there were the awkward facial expressions when she was performing), she really should consider taking up acting as a permanent hobby. Lord knows it'd be more of a success for her than music is / could be.
February 14, 201411 yr I actually thought she acted rather well in Inspector George - the programme was rather enjoyable!
February 14, 201411 yr I actually thought she acted rather well in Inspector George - the programme was rather enjoyable! Did she top her performance in Fred the Movie?
February 16, 201411 yr #786 on Pre order albums (climbed back into top 1500 since being playlisted on Capital. Now regularly spinned on Minster, Pirate fm, Eagle, Free Radio and Bridge Fm.
