There certainly is. Not sure how exactly they're going to string it out.

Just caught up on the second episode of this and thought it was pretty dire to be honest, definitely not a patch on the pilot.

I'm thankful I'm not alone! Not sure if this would have got all the hype it got if it didn't have the names Spielberg and King applied to it. Pedestrian at best.

 

And to be honest - the best thing about the pilot even was the split cow - and that was done better in 13 Ghosts! Seems like a case of 'Emperor's New Clothes'.

I'm a massive King fan but couldn't get into the book at all. Will give this a go though, even if it seems like biding time until the TV adaptation of 11/22/63.

Junior's and a few other characters' acting is terrible, but other than that I don't see anything else with this series, I like the plot, effects and settings.

I'm totally off this now. Same with Siberia. My new Love is Bates Motel :D

UM. Miracle Day was thoroughly entertaining all the way through (especially episode 5 when poor Vera was killed :snif:).

Starting to lose interest in this now. The pilot was promising, but it's annoying me that they all seem so calm about their situation, and that the dome itself doesn't seem to be at all central to episode plots.

Just like the book (and like the title suggests), it's mostly about what happens under the dome, not what the dome actually is. In the series there's already more happening with the dome than it did by page 800 in the book.

I am 100% addicted to this show now. It just keeps getting better.

This has really picked up again recently after losing my interest midway through. Stuck with it for the mythology but the different stories with the characters have become really good, latest episode was gripping, can't wait for the finale.

Totally obsessed with this now. I'm on US pace at the moment so I won't spoil anything for anyone but ohmygod I just need more and more of it! I haven't really found there to be a slump or any boring episodes but towards the end of the series it definitely picks up.

I'm still enjoying this, but I'm on UK pace, just had the riot scene, the action is pretty non stop in every episode just never slows down.

I recordes last night's episode. I'm gonna wwatch them once a week to see if I get more interested. It's not as bad as I thought it was though :D
