Hes an american so he has only got over here this week he has This Morning & radio 1 yesterday. Wonder where else he will promo? It could do 100k this week then but it would have to be a big boost. Hope he makes it.

It really upsets me that Jay-Z is doing better with his single than Kanye is with his. :( Judging by the preview on iTunes, Holy Grail is really disappointing

I guess that's true, he's milking on it but the "He knows that he's never going to get a song as successful as this" part is not necessarily true. I'm sure a lot of people said that about "Lost Without U" after his last albums failed to produce any real hits in the US and yet he has one of the biggest songs of the year now, if anything it shows him he can still do it even bigger in the future.

There is a 99.9% chance of Robin's future singles not outselling Blurred Lines though. There are very very few examples of artists following a million seller with an even bigger selling million seller (as far as I know, Rihanna is the only one to have done this, with We Found Love outselling the million selling Only Girl)

I know he is! Which is why I lol'd, his song is already a smash hit and yet he's still promoting it while others can't even get in the top 10 and stick to radio visits :coffee:

Not heard 'Holy Grail' but woo at Justin returning to the iTunes top 20 as it seems 'Tunnel Vision' isn't going to do anything.

 

Given they're only 2k behind #1 and still gaining and not *too* far off #1 on iTunes I could actually see Sebastian/Tommy/John potentially pulling off a shock #1 now.

But he's now getting all the promo from shows like This Morning and Daybreak because he's had a massive hit. If Iggy got to Number 1 for numerous weeks, then she'd be on those type of shows too.
