Very pleased to see the UK have taste when it comes to cherry picking CiCi's latest album! 'Livin It Up' could be HUGE if it's given a proper push as a single at some point. 'I'm Out' needs to be sent to UK radio though. That'd be a big hit too! :(

I do think we can't say "so & so won't ever get a hit again", especially after the last few years. Who'd have thought the likes of Maroon 5, J Lo, Daft Punk, Pharrell, Robin Thicke (especially him!) would get massive hits again? I certainly didn't. So I'm still kind of hoping CiCi has what it takes to reach the top 40 again!

Everybody hates her though. People on here only like her because she did a couple of Eurovision-sounding songs, and she wears colourful, extravagent outfits. That's the ONLY reason she's liked on here, and even with her pandering to the types of people that use Buzzjack I think she's still got a few haters on here.

So true! If it wasn't for 'Starships', 'Pound the Alarm' and to a lesser extent 'Super Bass', I doubt she'd be hyped up on here as much as she is.

I really wish UK radio got behind 'Body Party'. Guess it's two months too late.

Thank God someone said this. It's obvious, after what the past few years have shown, that anyone can still get a hit with the right material. Even never-beens like Robin Thicke (as you've said) have finally gotten a huge hit. I believe songs like 'Body Party' and 'Motivation' could've been as successful over here as '#Beautiful' if they were pushed after their US success.

Super Bass is a pop-friendly hip hop song much like Empire State of Mind or Love the Way You Lie or something. I don't think anybody would've complained if she put out more songs like Super Bass really. But people kept telling me last year that she NEEDS to have songs like Starships and Pound the Alarm or else she can't get hits, which I think is quite sad that people think that. It's like they don't care how bad the singles are as long as they sell a lot.

Radio 1Xtra just playlisted Body Party, so I hope Radio 1 can do so later (as they often do). I agree with Jonjo that Livin' It Up could be a mainstream hit, it's very catchy, up-beat and has a strong melody.

I agree. Just a bit of radio support can make so much difference. I remember in late 2011 I was hearing Niggas in Paris everywhere, and I kept wondering how on earth it was only at #735 on iTunes or whatever, then Radio 1 playlisted it and it shot up the charts. Motivation too, I was hearing it quite a lot but it wasn't selling anything, but unfortunately in this case it never got that radio support.

Motivation had such a big impact on R&B music too, I feel everybody was copying it when they wanted a massive club hit, I think songs like Pour It Up by Rihanna, Bandz A Make Her Dance by Juicy J, Lemme See by Usher, Swimming Pools by Kendrick Lamar, I'm On One by DJ Khaled, Mr Wong by Mary J Blige, etc. were cashing in on the success of Motivation. Even Kelly herlself has been constantly remaking the song ever since.

Her recent album is pretty much 90% Motivation clones. Shame cause Motivation's one of her worst IMO.

I'm Out, Livin' It Up and Overdose need to be HUGE.

Motivation is quite easily her best song ever for me, even with so many amazing singles from her, but Ice and Kisses Down Low were ridiculous, her two worst singles I'd say. The new album is quite good actually, all R&B but not just Motivation clones.

26. JAY Z - Holy Grail (feat. Justin Timberlake)

Doing very good!

'Motivation' is nowhere near her best for me. That title is taken by 'Can't Nobody'.

Jay Z & Justin up to 23

Ciara up to 61

Jamie Cullum up to 66

Jay Z & Beyoncé up to 74

Maybe a sure top 40 for JAY Z and JT this week... This could be huge if it will get a single treatment.

Surprised to see Ciara doing fairly good! :o Would love it if it could somehow go Top 40 .
