Not really feeling anything I've heard about this song just yet. It all sounds so cheap and tacky.

I'm losing all faith in them. It seems like they don't know where they fit and are just trying any old crap.

It sounds like Gentleman's sister which would be a disaster. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and can't wait to hear it, though.

They probably make money before a songs even released with all the product placement in the music videos.

 

I'm pretty sure they are doing fine money wise especially this year they have done loads of massive gigs.

 

Singles make jack all these days. I mean don't the label get 20 odd pence from a 99p single sale?!

I just don't get why they don't do an electropop song like Ego or Higher? They're trying so hard to chase trends and do "what's popular" and in the process completely losing their identity. Who else is in the charts with pure electropop choruses? No one.

Seems like it could be legit! I love when Mollie and Una are paired together but I'll be annoyed if Rochelle and Vanessa got their own solos and Mollie and Una have to share. But according to this Mollie gets the Britney line :) One line for Frankie as always...

Frankie is also singing the outro with Vanessa, apparently.

I suppose she got the high harmonies on that part and she usually can be heard quite well when she harmonizes, so it should do the trick.

It would help if we knew the backing track, I can't seem to fit these lyrics in a tune haha, no sure it seems ok but ANOTHER 1999 reference. This is almost as annoying as Coldplay referring to teardrops as waterfalls in a few songs

We have no idea what the song sounds like, yet posts like these appear (nothing personal but it just annoys me to see everyone being so negative before the song even premiered)

I can't judge a song based on the title & we shouldnt judge anything without having a full listen to the song. I have to assume that the label understands that the pre-album single is the one that has to take it to the next level in terms of quality & becoming a hit. They cannot afford another My Heart Takes Over or even Gentleman type of under performing single. Especially considering how their last album did.

Sorry, but they have the really bad habit to release the wrong singles. I would love to think they finally get it, but considering the last single choice, I just can't believe it has finally clicked when it never did with all the past and wrong choices.

 

Don't get me wrong. The song itself can be good, but that's not enough. Gentleman, as a song, is really good. It's not filler material on a album, if you know what I mean. Still, it doesn't work as a single. I'm just hoping it's not the case with Disco Love.

 

I'll try to be positive and say that this one is gonna be one of their best. ^_^
