 43. Hold On, We're Going Home (feat. Majid Jordan) - Drake

I do love how the Young Money artists always release OA/OS here, they're just about the only artists who can be relied on to do so in the UK :P Need to hear this anyway, hooray for finally getting a 2nd single from 'Nothing Was The Same'.

Roar is getting played on Monday but is not released for another 4 weeks apparently. Silly, I think she would be fine with OA/OS

I agree she would get instant airplay & the single would be able to maintain a top 10 position on itunes because of this & her established popularity and fans waiting for new material!!

How can you say that without having heard it?

I wasn't being completely serious btw (and i'm aware it won't happen). But can you imagine Buzzjack's reaction if it actually did?

:yahoo: This is the catchiest song I ever heard. Whoever made that beat went a bit overboard with the bass/kick drums though.

ugh good grief, never heard such utter rubbish in my life :( :puke: if I had a choice between Miley Cyrus and this, I choose Miley Cyrus :(

Radio 1 need to play this song if they want to get rid of their older listeners.

Single EP pre-orders (album chart):

85. Earthquake (feat. Dominique Young Unique) - DJ Fresh & Diplo

87. Melody Calling (EP) - The Vaccines

193. Everything To Me (EP) - Shane Filan

218. Things We Lost In the Fire (EP) - Bastille

249. Boom Boom (Heartbeat) [feat. Rachel K Collier] - Ray Foxx

251. Bonfire Heart EP - James Blunt

433. All the Wrong Places - Example

503. Trouble - Neon Jungle

504. Sex (EP) - The 1975

617. Child (EP) - Natalie Holmes

618. No Strings - Chloe Howl

Vaccines :o Won't be any higher than low top 40 next week, but still

I don't remember Laura Palmer's pre-order getting very high, so it's great to see Things We Lost near the top 200! Hope London Grammar can make climb a lot more over the next few weeks (not really sure the song will go top 40 tbh)

It's STARTING  G'won Neon Jungle!

Also, top 30 for OneRepublic? Amazing. <3

The Vaccines to get yet another #31-40 peaking single? I haven't heard much of their newie (think I heard it once on R1 when I was half asleep). Is it from a new album?

It's from their new EP, also called Melody Calling (a sort of bridge between their 2nd album and upcoming 3rd which is released next year). I think it's my favourite Vaccines single so far; either that, Wetsuit or If You Wanna.

I adore Don't Drop That Thun Thun, mostly because of the hilarious Vines that have been posted for the past 2 months.

WATCH ROAR climbing a lot today.. she just premiered another snippets and it sounds good... like a Middle up tempo like Diamonds that will be HUGE.

To be honest, that effect they used in Roar to make it go "Ro-oa-oa-oa-oar" sounds like the same one they used in Blow by Ke$ha.

Re; Neon Jungle I'm actually a little bit sold on the song. It's like a cross between Icona Pop 'I Love It' and Freaks 'The Creeps (Get On The Dancefloor)' and I like it a lot more than I thought I would. :D

 34. Drake - Hold On, We're Going Home (feat. Majid Jordan)

Can easily become a long charting slow burner like Take Care. He can surprise with his longevity so here's hoping this does too.

Flatline has been pushed back by 2 weeks. Maybe Radio 1 already knew about this and that could be why they didn't playlist them already. Was funny watching reading freak about it not getting playlisted though.
