Matt Cardle and Mel C are going to end up at #11. :( I suppose that's still much more than what was predicted for this mind. Really liking it though!

They'll be lucky to end up at #11 come Sunday, I predict they'll end up at around #13.

Sean Paul's new song is incredible

Radio 1 A-list and the song is rather fantastic also!

Such a shame Matt and Mel won't maintain a top 10 position. The rest of the top 10 looks largely average-dreadful and Loving You had much fresher sound. Oh well, top 20 exceeds my expectations anyway.
I missed it, did they actually play Matt & Mel then?

Yes, of course. :P

They're playing that fantastic Sonnentanz new at #2 atm.

I'm a bit disappointed with the DJ Fresh song, mainly because it's awful, but I do like this Klangkarussell track - it's quite excellent.
Top 10 midweek position for Mel and Matt will get them more airplay which can only be a positive outcome for them.
Only just noticed Stereophonics in the albums top 10. Keep climbing please!

Surprised the gap between Ellie and Klangkarussell is only 5k! Hope Ellie's sales won't drop *too* much this week, happy to see her looking likely to get a second week at #1 even if I would have preferred 'Sonnentanz (Sun Don't Shine)' getting there.

Boring top 40 beyond the high new entries, only three climbers with OneRepublic looking to be the only track to climb to a new peak this week.

Very disappointed at the album chart, Richard & Adam staying #1 yet again... I was sure John Mayer would get it at least in the midweeks but he's not even top 2. Hopefully someone playing Reading & Leeds will overtake Richard & Adam at the last minute then, sales are going to be terminal either way.

Earl Sweatshirt top 10 in the albums chart at this stage is great, it won't hold on there but he should become the third Odd Future member to get a top 40 album at least and maybe the third to get a top 20.

Apparently Rudimental was the #1 album yesterday, John Mayer #2 with Richard & Adam #3, sales must be tight at the top.

Yes for Klangkarussell being at 2 though I doubt they will stay there on Sunday but top 3 is excellent and sales must low for Ellie to only have a 5k lead, I wonder if this or Avicii may overtake her??

Heard that Matt and Mel track in full for the first time, I quite liked it may have to give it another listen and decide if to buy it!! Though I reckon it will end up at 15 by Sunday

I would love to see Rudimental climb back to number one on the albums but only if they sale over 12k I don't want them having smaller sales than Rihanna did last year!

Excellent climb for Stereophonics and amazing to see Travis in the Top 5 although i would suspect they will drop through the week but should hold a top 10 place. With the low sales climate and the enormity of get lucky i expected Daft to hold up much stronger in the album chart.

Thought Matt and Mel would be number 8 in the midweeks which for me is the most exciting release and chart placing of the week.

I wouldn't crack the champagne open yet! It will probably replace Matt & Mel by Sunday with the the weekend effect still to come & the slump of Loving You
