I cannot believe the hate Girls gets, I remember I had played it over 100 times when it was released, according to last.fm

Playing catch-up...the tracks I really wished were higher are 'Follow Me Home' and 'Run for Cover', although I can't say I'm too surprised they're low considering they are Sugababes' most forgotten tracks in general (even though they are part of their best for me).

Into the top 15 we had the title track from 'Change'... which is 'Change'. Thought at the time this was destined for a low top 10 run like Too Lost In You, I was wrong, it sort of under performed I guess. Has it sold 100k yet or has it already I can't remember? Guess with X Factor about, arsehole Simon Cowell didn't put them on to perform after About You Now smashed, they got stuck with Strictly and it volted the track just to #36. I don't mind this song, just not one of the ones I go to listen to most lately.

'Change' is just not a really good single by the Sugababes. Now why Denial underperformed in the UK while it was a European smash I don't know.

The only loss so far is 'Shape'. Such a brilliant song (Sting's version is better though) and video.

Change I guess is alright but I MUCH prefer Denial.

Next up is the final single from 'Three', 'Caught In A Moment', I'm chuffed it's this high wasn't expecting it to be. Love that Heidi takes main lead in the chorus :wub: Would be nice for this for this to get a reboost X Factor style at some point, surely it comes under one of those sort of songs. As much as I love it I don't really know what else to say about it :unsure:

The lyrics to 'Change' are undeniably some of the best in the Sugababes career. :wub: None of the line-ups are going to better Sugababes 2.0 for me, but 3.0 do have some brilliant songs.

 

'Caught in a Moment' is another great single, not one I'd listen to individually but it's always lovely to hear when listening to their greatest hits.

I adore both Change and Caught In a Moment. I would have had both in my top 10!

It's getting tough now, the last 3 songs have all deserved top 10 really.

 

I hope 'In The Middle' is top 10 though!

Red Dress should not be that high. It was fun at the time but it hasn't stood the test of time at all.

I prefer Amelle's Red Dress to Mutya's. Although I do love the distinct air of 'I fucking hate this shit' that Mutya has in her voice in the original.

In at #12 is the single that started it all, 'Overload'. When this was out never would I have thought they'd swop all members, have 7 #01's, huge albums and be my favourite group tbh as I didn't think much of this track. Would have been nice for this to resurface with the buzz of MKS but since that buzz seems to have vanished perhaps not.

Damn :( I absolutely ADORE 'In The Middle'.

'In the Middle' is overrated, even though it missed the top10. It's a nice song but it's let down by its chorus, which is a bit of a non-event.

 

And how is 'Ugly' still not out?!?!
