An UTTER TRAVESTY that this is so low. Sadly cancelled this season, Body Of Proof is the story of Dr. Megan Hunt. The worlds leading authority on everything, her day job as a medical examiner gives the show its premise but it's her utter single mindedness and arrogance that gives the show its soul. I do have a massive soft spot for her and her rubbish mother and even more rubbish daughter. PLUS it stars (starred) the ever lovely Jeri Ryan as her boss. To say that the show found a winning formula would be a lie, it was lucky to make it to S3, but it got halfway there. Virtually every episode followed a similar formula, 1) Megan arrives at crimescene, cue shot of her designer outfit and shoes, 2) Megan works out what happened to the victim in 3 seconds flat and proceeds to tell everyone as such, 3) upon examining the body Megan is proved wrong, or is she?, 4) an ''expert'' disagrees with Megan, 5) Megan then re-examines the body and is, lo and behold, correct and said expert is put in their place faster than you can yell BITCH. Then after the case is solved Megan goes home to worry about the faked suicide of her father, a plot device which was nicely finished up at the end of S3 just before cancellation.

Massive cable hit for the wonderful USA channel is up next. This high powered Legal drama comes with a pretty good twist, one of its lawyers doesn't actually have a law degree... Following the lives of Harvey Spector and Mike Ross, it's Harvey's secretary Donna Paulsen that steals the show.

 

This show is absolutely brilliant and I could go into as much detail as I have done for my other commentaries but I'm going to leave you in the hands of Donna...

What a f***ing LEGENDARY show this is!!! Just ten episodes long I can not recommend this show enough. It is absolutely, monumentally, incredible and was wrongly snatched too soon from our lives by noted evil shits ABC. The Christian brigade in the states worked their magic having the name changed not once but twice and various other nut job brigades in the states helped to kill it off.

 

I could go on about the plot and the characters but I'm not going to waste everyone's time when there are moments in gif format to get to, so without further delay....

I never got round to GCB, but I really should! Looks the kind of thing I'd completely be into and I've heard so many good things!
