Wow at that screen cap :o It's hilarious! How do they make her eyes and mouth so huge and her head so small?!

Yeah, the video is shockingly bad. Clearly someone in her management is trying to ruin her

I do think it will do well though, or at least hang around for a while. It seems this era her generic pop approach is selling so it seems daft not to use that formula. It was also daft releasing the album on the back of 'What Do You Take Me For.' IMO It's one of the best things she's ever recorded but it's also different to what her sound is.

Still:

Gravity > What Do You Take Me For > Broken Arrow > Turn It Up > Boys and Girls > Cry Me Out > Kiss The Stars> All About Tonight >>>> Can't Make This Over > Mama Do.

Shockingly awful video, but the song is nice enough. Have my doubts that her album can be saved.

Nightmare inducing avatar alert!

Genuinely in fear of my life right now...

Good Lord is this REAL?! There is not a single redeemable quality about ANY of this, and in one fell swoop she's gone from being 2011's answer to LOUISE REDKNAPP to being a BUDGET Cascada.
Really glad the single is starting to get some momentum. Nearly top10 on itunes. Hopefully, this can turn things around a bit for the album too.

10. Pixie Lott - Kiss The Stars :cheer:

Who would have thought this would have gone top 10 so fast? Lets hope it can go top 5 after Dancing On Ice :)

It's so sad to think of how WDYTMF killed this era, KTS really should've been the second single! The Turn It Up era begin with two up/mid-tempo's and look how that era succeeded. IMO the era should've went like this:

1 - All About Tonight

2 - Kiss The Stars

Album Release

3 - Love You To Death

4 - We Just Go On

5 - Come Get It Now (Full version for single release)

That would have worked out perfectly I'd think but anyways holding thumbs KTS peaks top 3 or preferrably #1, that would give room for the Cry Me Out/Gravity-type album-selling balads ala Love You To Death and We Just Go On. This era is clearly not over until the gorgeous lady sings

Ideally it would have went:

1.All About Tonight

2.Till The Sun Comes Out

-Album Launch-

3.Kiss The Stars

4.Black As Rain

5.Stevie On The Radio

WDYTMF? for second US single/album launcher.

"Kiss the Stars" in at #14 in the UK charts. Should have jump next week.

Also, the video has surprisingly recieved positive reviews from critics. From Wikipedia:

"The music video has received mainly positive reviews from contemporary critics, most likening Lott's look in it to those of pop singers; Madonna, Lady Gaga and Kylie Minogue. A reporter from Daily Mail commented that Lott looks almost unrecognisable in the video, further saying "We're used to seeing [Lott] with her blonde wavy hair down and wearing her staple hot pants." According to Caroline Westbrook of Metro. Lott's long blonde ponytail and black outfit look is reminiscent of Madonna's style during ger Blond Ambition World Tour (1990). Westbrook also felt that Lott's leotard, straught bob look bears an odd resemblance to Lady Gaga. Capital FM positively reviewed the video, describing it as "visually exciting". Gordon Smart of The Sun complimented Lott's look, calling it "dazzling". Smart went on to say that her straight blonde hair will go down well with male fans of Denise van Outen. The video was deemed "a futuristic visual delight" by 4music. Radio station, In:Demand said that Lott looks "as radiant as ever" in the music video."

:D

Should climb to the top #05 next week hopefully. Loved her performance on Dancing On Ice but it's not really helped her out on iTunes and I doubt it will help her album that much. Lets just hope with album sales being so awful she will re-enter the top 40 in official charts.
I'm sad for pixie, she had so much soul but has turned into a generic nightmare.
Hope all Pixie fans vote for All About Tonight to be single of the year. I am delighted this is going to be her biggest selling single and it's still in the top 80 on Itunes and still in the top 60 in official charts!
The performance was flat, monotonous and boring. She is a terrible live performer. I thought she had so much potential during her first era and it's sad to see that potential wasting away like this. :( She's also getting worse and worse looking.
I liked the performance, shame it's had no effect though. Tbh at least she always sings Live, I've never heard her mime.
I have to disagree i thought it was a brilliant performance. Spot on!

I agree but then I've never rated her as a live singer.

The performance was decent enough. The song is extremely auto-tuned so you really couldn't expect it to be that spectacular vocally, could you? She really can sing live IMO, I remember a performance of 'Broken Arrow' which completely blew me away.

I hope she goes with 'We Just Go On' as a single at some point, it really is the vocal goosebump moment on the album and my favourite ballad by her overall after the shamefully underrated 'My Love'.
