Already being set up to be huge in 2014. All over the right blogs, big first single from nowhere, an air of mystery. Very CHVRCHES.

The single is sublime.

FLJ HYPE! :D

LOVE this, obviously. It's my favourite single in a very long time... love the Björk-esque vibe at the beginning and the way the synths come in for the second half, so excited to see what they can come up with next.

In all fairness, having only been listening for a week it's probably the best song of the year thus far for me...

Good to hear something new from them. I'm not blown away on first listen but it sounds like it could grow maybe?

it really is a curse when your first song to the world is a 9/10 moment because everything that follows never matches up

does really sound like a 'cry no more' rehash, and as if her voice has aged about 20 years? as if they hired sinead o'connor for vocal duties

decent by all means but thats all rly :S

SUBLIME <3

can see them being used for many a soundboard/indent next year

They've split up :(

Just recently got their album 'Caught in Still Life' and there's some fantastic tracks on there. Aside from 'Cry No More' and 'One Last Night', I absolutely adore 'Hurricanr' and 'Midnight River' is another standout. Such a shame for me when there was a lot more potential there! 'Cry No More' remains utterly amazing.
