Not the first time Irish folk have talked their way into events :lol: , I have done it loads of times , very good at name dropping :P

 

Years ago I bought gloves in a store & after a few weeks one of the gloves developed a hole in it so I took them back to the store without a receipt & got my money back , only problem was that weeks later I discovered that I had taken the gloves back to the wrong store when I found the original receipt :blush:

Funnier still was the fact that the sales assistant could not find a similar pair in stock & she was so helpful ( with my assistance of course :angel: ) she decided to take the code from another brand of glove & give me the refund based on that code :P , everytime I see gloves hanging up in a store now I think of that day :P

He seems like a good man who tried to make a difference to the world and the environment.

The problem I have with PE Trump is that he is a loose cannon , he seems unable to control what he is saying & may end up alienating people & making things worse . We have a few interesting years ahead

To be honest - he fills me with fear Tess. I don't trust him nor his judgement nor his morals.

 

It's a sad world we live in that someone like him can get to be the most powerful man on earth.

 

I understand why he got there but in a world that requires tact and diplomacy for all our sakes, he scares me.

He's filling a gap that a section of society who feel unrepresented want and need to be filled. I guess no one thought he would get to be President. My husband said the same to me throughout the last year although I always had a sneaking suspicion he would be the last man standing.

 

Now we have to live with it and literally hope for the best. :huh: Scary times though.
