Posted October 4, 201311 yr All three of these songs are released next week but which one of them will get the Number 1 Spot ? My2FRPA3Gf8 ao8Ujdx9ifM ab9176Srb5Y Edited October 4, 201311 yr by *Ben* Poll added
October 4, 201311 yr There was meant to be a poll but I don't think I Included it ! lol :( Done ;) BTW Also out next week John Newman - Cheating and The Saturdays - Disco Love, although I don't think they could compete for number 1 (Maybe John Newman can?)
October 4, 201311 yr A good ole' T10 clearout again then. All should hit T10, with The Saturdays forever just a possibility. Honestly, I'd rather Miley get #1 purely to reflect how popular the video has been. If not, I'll settle for Eminem (though it's by no means his best) or even John Newman (shame his follow-up will be 'overshadowed' regardless of where it debuts). Conor Maynard for #1 though, please no!
October 4, 201311 yr To be honest I don't think Cheating will do that well, maybe an 8/9 peak for him? Miley will obviously take the number one spot, I'd be very surprised if it doesn't. Conor, Eminem, Katy and OneRepublic should complete the Top 5. The Sats I reckon will chart at 6/7 depending on how well Jason Derülo sells (I can't imagine him selling much more). Obviously Cheating at 8/9 and the other two positions will be filled by Chase and Status and possibly The Vamps. James Blunt should appear in the Top 15 also. October 4, 201311 yr I think there could well be six new entries in the top 10 next week (these three, John, Sats and James Blunt). Miley will be #1 and Conor/Eminem should be #2 and #3 respectively or possibly the other way round.
October 4, 201311 yr I still can't believe Blunt is possibly gonna be looking at a top 10 hit in 2013 let alone top 40 :o I'm all for 6 new entries top 10 next week though because that'll make it very exciting. I'm thinking Conor has this as his pre order is now top 60 on itunes. Edited October 4, 201311 yr by *Rob*
October 4, 201311 yr I'm thinking Conor has this as his pre order is now top 60 on itunes. Yeah but the trouble is we have no idea what Miley's gonna sell. If her single was available to pre-order, we could compare it against Conor's pre-order. I think she probably has enough hype around her for Wrecking Ball to get huge first week sales.
October 4, 201311 yr And the kerfuffle with Sinead O'Connor this week won't have harmed her sales potential either

That's a very good point actually, I was inclined to say WB was a shoe in for #1 but then I saw Conor's pre order at 57, Miley's much lower and presumed he might get it. It's definetly between Conor & Miley though. Not sure where Eminem will reach but I don't see him getting past those two. Edited October 4, 201311 yr by *Rob*

October 4, 201311 yr James Blunt- 10 Sats- 9 John Newman- 7 Conor Maynard- 4 Miley Cyrus- 3 Eminem -2 wishful
October 4, 201311 yr What, Miley's single is available to pre-order now? # 61. Conor Maynard - R U Crazy (Radio Edit) #167 DG Hits 2013 - Wrecking Ball (Originally Performed By Miley Cyrus) :P
October 4, 201311 yr This whole thing with Sinead O'Connor will only strengthen Miley's sales, unfortunately, so it looks like a certain number 1. I must admit I've still managed to avoid Eminem/Conor even on the radio, but the pre-orders mean they'll undoubtedly complete the top 3.
October 4, 201311 yr With the hype (how many songs have bred so many parodies before they were even released?) I'd expect Miley to be a dead cert but Conor's pre-orders were strong. The buzz around "Berzerk" seems to have disappeared but it's fun so I hope it at least outpeaks "Not Afraid", and I think it'll do that unless John Newman can do better than expected because nothing that's currently out should put up much resistance. Even without a loaded release schedule The Vamps' drop next week would have been horrific but that's one more reason to hope that OneRepublic catch up.
October 4, 201311 yr # 61. Conor Maynard - R U Crazy (Radio Edit) #167 DG Hits 2013 - Wrecking Ball (Originally Performed By Miley Cyrus) :P Those aren't the same thing, so they can't really be compared imo. With Talk Dirty there were both but the pre-order was higher than the cover version.
