This is brilliant! I really like early electronic dance music, especially Trans-X's 'Living On Video' which this does remind me of, and Doctor Blind also noted 'Love Spy' as sounding like it was inspired by 'Living On Video'. So glad it qualified!

Good French music is sadly fairly thin on the ground but I found this!!!

Many songs are beautiful and many songs are danceable but few are able to be both.
