October 11, 201311 yr It NEEDS to be 'Not Giving Up' if they release a post-album single (which I believe they will, this time the single the album's being released off the back of has actually done well).
October 11, 201311 yr Basically, if they release anything other than 'Not Giving Up' it would have been like if they chose another track from Headlines than 'Higher'. Can you imagine that?
October 11, 201311 yr I would be glad with them releasing Leave a Light On and then Not Giving Up. Lease My Love would be the other option, but I see it as they have already showed the R&B side of the album with Gentleman, and I think it's clear now they are more popular whenever they are closer to their pop routes. The verses on Leave a Light On have an R&B vibe, anyway, so they would be doing the same work, although here they'd have a pop-ballad chorus to make it sound familiar. I'm really excited for the coming weeks. I have the impression this is going to be a succesful campaign. Edited October 11, 201311 yr by The47thbelmon
October 11, 201311 yr Not giving up for next single, then Lease My Love, then if they could manage it, get Don't Let Me Dance alone out there :D
October 11, 201311 yr Not giving up for next single, then Lease My Love, then if they could manage it, get Don't Let Me Dance alone out there :D Oh no, 'Lease My Love' shouldn't be released. :( I wouldn't mind seeing 'Don't Let Me Dance Alone' getting a release, though.

October 11, 201311 yr The chorus is too shouty and repetitive for me. I actually prefer the verses. I also can't get past the fact that it was written so long ago and Darkchild is capable of so much more.
October 12, 201311 yr I can see them going with - You don't have the right - which could be the nicest Christmas single. I guess it would grab attention for Diane Warren ! Leave a light on also is a near possibility of being the next single.
October 12, 201311 yr Lease My Love is soooo good and it's the only song with Not Giving Up where I feel like Frankie is truly part of the band.

October 12, 201311 yr Callum that would be the best thing ever but it's probably going to be.. Leave A Light On Sales - 120K Chart run - 90 - 64 - 41 - 21 - 11 - 16 - 27 - 41 - 76 - OUT Promotion - Daybreak, Ustream, Lorraine Then the era is over, PROMOTE WORLDWIDEZ (US radio interview, magazine interview for Germany, attending a fashion show in France) then back to the next album campaign.
October 12, 201311 yr I think they were going to go with a ballad they said in an interview? Shame as none of the ballads on the album are near as good as the 3 on OYR :(
October 12, 201311 yr If they're releasing a ballad it has to be Lease My Love surely? Leave A Light On is a nice song and it'd work well live on tour and stuff but it's just too boring to catch any attention.
October 12, 201311 yr I wouldn't really class Lease My Love as a ballad. It's pretty much between Leave a Light On and You Don't Have the Right, so surely they'll go for the former? Would be a great winter single I think but it's not gonna do lots. They should just skip straight to Not Giving Up for January.
October 12, 201311 yr If they go for two more singles, then definitely either Lease My Love or Leave A Light On for winter (You Don't Have The Right is beautiful but isn't strong/impacting enough for a single release imo) and then Not Giving Up early next year. But since I can only see them going for one more single, it really should be Not Giving Up.
