That is really promising! Seems to be doing quite well on iTunes now. As radio starts playing it more hopefully the streams will do the same.

I wish it was on the advertised Christmas playlists on spotify! I saw another one being advertised the other day and she wasn't on it. :(

 

Great to see it climbing still on iTunes! Hopefully it'll continue climbing and that'll offset its streaming slightly. Really hoping it can manage to hold on to the top 75! Down to #163 on spotify though!

Down to 72, as expected, streaming is annihilating it, looks like Kelly will overtake and make the top 75 instead due to being on the Christmas Crackers playlist that Leona was taken off. (looks like she's almost top 40 sales though).

Since I've got the complete breakdowns, I worked out where Leona would be if she had the playlist exposure. Basically, with Kelly Clarkson's streaming (and the same pure sales OMS is getting this week) she'd be looking at 60 - 65 this week. But if she was on the same playlists as Kelly, her streaming would be quite a bit higher, given it's a much more known song, generally. So I compared it with a song it's only a bit more popular than on iTunes, Brenda Lee's Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree (who is on all the playlists), and she'd be #42 in today's midweeks, and probably would have climbed into the top 40 by Friday.

Even though sales fall apart on Christmas day, and Christmas Eve is always best for OMS, if I remember correctly, the highest streams were on Christmas Day last year?

The problem is that the thursday streaming are not counted (I mean they do an average of the week, and Leona 's were pretty bad)

If they're bad then I don't see the problem? Means the sales are more important today and that's what she's doing the best this year
