Amazing!! Hope it clings onto Top 40 and doesn't drop too much with the weekend effect being over.

I was disappointed..then I saw that for BBC R1 the only Christmas songs they really played were mariah,wham,pogues and band aid....I have no idea for capital and heart since compare my radio do not track them (it used to have heart plays but apparently no anymore)

 

BBC Radio 1 have played Kelly once or twice I believe. I hope Leona will get some plays soon, especially with being in the top 40 midweeks.

 

I'm surprised with Heart though. It gets played quite a bit on Heart Xtra - their digital radio station.

Caught the reaction videos of the duet with Dinah Jane. What would it take to get a ''Kids React to" feature? That channel gets lots and lots of videos.

The current advertised Christmas playlists is Christmas Crackers which doesn't have Leona on it still :(

I contacted Spotifycares they sayed they will pass my suggestion to the curation team..I bet nothing will happen but I tried...ALSO UK FOLKS it's time to play OMS on every streaming platform you have (SPOTIFY,APPLE,AMAZON,DEEZER etc.) for more then 30 sec 10/15 times a day now..it could actually make a difference on the offcial chart, the songs are really close this week but also for the next 2

My Spotify hates this, I have a Christmas playlist of about 70 songs and it always seems to appear near the end on shuffle!

Hoping it's top 40 tomorrow, very close but it was up to #37 in mids today, fingers crossed.

I suspect it will end up around 45 this week, but would love to be wrong. Even still, this is a massive improvement on its peak last year. It will be starting the new chart week off from a much better position than it was this time last week, hopefully still in the spotify top 50 tomorrow.

 

Next week is looking much more realistic for a top 40 position. Going to be a lot of xmas parties and people using xmas playlists (hopefully the ones with leona in) over this weekend. Should be an exciting week!
