I still believe OMS is held back a little because the chorus is Leona singing One More Sleep over and over, its still quite far away. :lol: I feel radio might think like that too.

 

Anyway its climbed to #132 and #148.

I guess neither version went 100 on iTunes until the 6th of December last year, so it's still on track. It was made 59p on the 7th of December.

It is definitely getting a boost, now at #126 and #145.

 

It is rumoured Leona/Dinah's Christmas surprise will be teased today, so hopefully that can give OMS an indirect boost.

It's likely due to having two high version. If there was just a single version of OMS the boost would've been more noticeable.

As far as the official uk chart is concerned there is no longer a top 200, just 100, so leona didn’t chart this week.

Pes, with a slight shuffle, the plays go pretty much along with the ‘Chrisrmas Is Coming’ Spotify playlist. Leona is 18th on there and is the 19th Christmas song stream wise. It’s why Santa Baby, Mistletoe has Santa Tell Me are so high - they’re all very high on the playlist, same with Jolly Holly. It looks like The Vamps are getting skipped a lot. So will be moved down the playlist and hopefully Leona moves up.

Hopefully Leona will move up the playlists. I was surprised at how low she was in comparison to other songs despite charting better the last few years (Leona's charted better/more consistently than Ariana for instance).

 

It's great to see she's up to 62 on spotify and doing well on iTunes. I hope the Amazon advert that the OMS acoustic version will be on will air soon (if it's indeed a TV advert).

Yeah it is doing amazingly well on Spotify so far, hope it can keep it up.

 

It took Leona until December 23rd last year to enter the Spotify Top 100 and actually never peaked higher than 87 which was on Christmas day.

 

I see a new peak coming this year, outside its original release obviously.

Fingers crossed, presumably it will fall the next couple days just because it had such a big boost because it was December 1st, but as long as it can stay Top 200 on Spotify, which I think it will, then she should at least go Top 100 officially I think.

It'll stay top 200 quite easily I feel. It's the first December weekend so there'll likely be a bunch of Xmas parties starting and Sunday is usually the best day of the week for Xmas songs.

 

Hopefully the song will be reduced to 59p and the acoustic version used in an amazon xmas advert to help boost it. :cheer:

Great seeing the affect of it being in the big spotify xmas playlist this year. Perhaps this is the year it breaks the top 40 again. One can hope. :lol:
