Not heard 'Girl Talk' (not sure if I want to either - seems she's RADICALLY changed since 'Foundations'). Great to see 'ARTPOP' so high too! (above 'Prism' though? eww)
Respectable position for ARTPOP considering how disappointing it is out of her 3 albums. Prism definitely deserves to be higher though. So many super tracks on there ^_^

 Get both that and My Best Friend Is You. Both are honestly two of my all-time favourites, I think you'll like both (although some on 2nd will take some getting used to lol)

10. Ellie Goulding - Halcyon Days

http://i759.photobucket.com/albums/xx240/MarthaJonesFan/Cover%20Sleeves/EllieGoulding-HalcyonDays.png

Chart run: 5-7-12-X-9-X-1-3-6-7-9-11-15-15-X-15- (13 non-consecutive weeks so far)

Charting singles from this album:

03 How Long Will I Love You - 9-3- (2 weeks so far)

08 I Need Your Love (Calvin Harris feat. Ellie Goulding) - 28-10-8-14-23-X (5 weeks)

12 Burn - 37-X-12-27-35-36-X (5 non-consecutive weeks)

18 Anything Could Happen - 20-18-26-29-36-X (5 weeks)

24 Figure 8 - 24-34-X (2 weeks)

So we're into the top 10 now, and we kick it off with the sophomore album (or specifically its re-release) from UK pop sensation Ellie Goulding. The new Halcyon Days tracks as a whole are much better than those of the main Halcyon album IMO, not a popular opinion but they're much more memorable on the whole for me. ALL of the singles pre-How Long Will I Love You underperformed in my chart so much. :(

Edited by JosephStyles

I was pretty underwhelmed by both the standard and re-release of Halcyon. :( I enjoyed all the singles aside from 'How Long Will I Love You' which I find that really boring. :( Funnily enough, my favourite is the one that's missing - 'Explosions'. :P
I can never really get into either 'Halcyon' or 'Halcyon Days' :( Only the singles are amazing ('Anything Could Happen' and 'Explosions'), the rest is fairly average, especially the CiN single. 'Burn' has worn a bit thin too.

I don't even know what happened with Explosions in my chart. I guess it's that my love for it came when it was an album track and I was over it when it became a single. Good trickle sales though. :kink: Burn, ACH and Figure 8 all should've done better here anyway, the former especially is so good. :(

Ah I see. I remember actually not liking 'Explosions' for a week or so after I first heard it on that advert (whatever it was advertising, might have been ITV). :o I wish 'Figure 8' had done better on my personal chart, still not a great fan of 'Burn' though.

9. Isac Elliot - Wake Up World

http://i759.photobucket.com/albums/xx240/MarthaJonesFan/Cover%20Sleeves/IsacElliot-WakeUpWorld.png

Chart run: 2-1-2-3-5-7-11-12-15-10-12-14-X (12 weeks)

Charting singles from this album:

02 A.N.G.E.L - 2-3-6-9-17-27-34-X (7 weeks)

03 Dream Big - 9-3-8-14-21-33- (6 weeks so far)

03 New Way Home - 4-6-3-6-11-17-24-31-34-39-40-X (11 weeks)

16 Paper Plane - 16-21-36-X (3 weeks)

31 First Kiss - 31-X (1 week)

12 year-old Isac Elliot from Finland makes #9 with his debut album, Wake Up World. The album is full of pop songs aimed at young teenage girls mostly, so hardly gonna appeal to most people on here, but New Way Home is a JAM and was a moderate BJSC hit for Jáhq.

ISAC *.*

Such a good album that I forget just how GOOD it is until I listen to it again!

09 Slip - 40-32-X-9-11-15-27-X (6 non-consecutive weeks)

12 Hoochi Mumma - 12-22-32-X (3 weeks)

19 Waterfalls - 30-19-26-X (3 weeks)

24 Turning Me On - 24-X (1 week)

27 My Man Music - 32-27-X (2 weeks)

Emeli Sandé's side project Stooshe's debut album (and probably only album going by how floppy they are in the official chart most of the time oops) lands in at #8 here, such a good album and much better than I ever expected.

QUEENS

7. Demi Lovato - Demi

http://i759.photobucket.com/albums/xx240/MarthaJonesFan/Cover%20Sleeves/DemiLovato-Demi.png

Chart run: 2-3-3-6-9-10-9-8-6-10-12-14-13-15-14-15-X (16 weeks)

Charting singles from this album:

03 Heart Attack - 4-5-6-11-18-20-29-34-36-31-31-38-X-39-X (13 non-consecutive weeks)

06 Skyscraper - 6-8-16-X-38-23-33-X (6 non-consecutive weeks)

18 Neon Lights - 18-24-31-34-X (4 weeks)

24 Made In The USA - 24-36-X (2 weeks)

27 Something That We're Not - 27-X (1 week)

35 Really Don't Care (feat. Cher Lloyd) - 35-X (1 week)

Demi Lovato's best album, and the only album in my top 10 not to make #1 (was held off by an album that's still to come), comes in at #7. She keeps getting better and better with each album, and she had pretty good momentum with Heart Attack worldwide but Made In The USA kinda killed it off. Really Don't Care needs to SMASH (if she bothers to release it <_< )
