Little Mix - Move - 22-28-35-36-45-31-8-14-25-33 [10 weeks] In at #80 is Kentö with 'Complicated', a song I never expected to love as much as I do! I only discovered him after listening to a lot of Frankmusik throughout the year, and then came across the EP of the same name, and he really is very talented! 'Chocolate' by The 1975 is absolutely fantastic. Once again, another song I didn't expect to like at all, but I just do. I'm not normally keen on their genre, but they're such a talented and impressive band! 'Summertime Sadness' is up next - such a good song! Definitely one of Lana's best, but it doesn't quite top 'Ride' for me... yet. '8:45' by Ulrik Munther also manages to sneak in here (not his last appearance; and also sorry Joseph but I stole the cover from your Facebook x), and closing this section are Tinie Tempah and Emeli Sandé with their collaboration from Tinie's new album 'Demonstration', 'A Heart Can Save the World'. Not my favourite Emeli song, but still fantastic! Selena Gomez's AMAZING first single from 'Stars Dance', 'Come & Get It' kicks off the top 75. Such an amazing video to go with it too, love the whole vibe that's going on, and she looks STUNNING. 'Walking on Air', the second promotional single from 'Prism' by Katy Perry is up next; not the best on the album at all, but definitely one of the highlights. Avicii's 'Wake Me Up!' is another song I didn't expect to love as much as I do but it's such a TUNE and hasn't got old yet. J-J-JESSIE-J ('It's My Party' - your only friend is your phone). THAT IS ALL. And closing the section is Little Mix with the sensational first single from 'Salute' (which is otherwise disappointing), 'Move'. http://imageshack.us/a/img854/405/3go.gifhttp://imageshack.us/a/img854/405/3go.gifhttp://imageshack.us/a/img854/405/3go.gifhttp://imageshack.us/a/img854/405/3go.gifhttp://imageshack.us/a/img854/405/3go.gifhttp://imageshack.us/a/img854/405/3go.gif n-D1EB74Ckg

Ulrik Munther - Requiem - 8-12-19-29-37-42-47-50 [8 weeks] 'November', the best song from Godbrielle Aplin's début album 'English Rain' kicks off this section. A fabulous song, and it's the one I go back to the most of all the songs on the album (that and 'Evaporate'). 'Prism' album track 'Legendary Lovers' is up next, and it's definitely one of my favourites on the album (probably second to 'Unconditionally'). Such a good tune and the chorus really is fabulous! Emeli Sandé's live version of 'Half of It' (originally by Rihanna, but still written by Emeli) is here and much better than the original, if I do say so myself. There's not really any competition though so BYE Rihanna. The thing that gets me about it though and nearly reduces me to tears of JOY is when Emeli just goes crazy and sings "AND I'M THE KIND THAT DON'T GIVE A f***!" *.* Eliza Doolittle's lead single from 'In Your Hands', 'Big When I Was Little' is also here, such a great summer track and a good way for her to come back. And finally in this section we have Nikki Williams of Aquafina fame and glory! An absolute SMASH and a brilliant pop tune that is 'Glowing'! 'Salvation', the recently announced fifth single from 'English Rain' makes for Godbrielle's second entry in this section alone (are there any more to come?!). Not quite as good as 'Home', but it does have that dramatic backing music and that's what makes it what it is. Now, next up... Who could forget the absolute car crash that was Nicole Scherzinger's microphone not working on her duet with Jahméne "ASDA" Douglas on the final of The X Factor 2012? Nobody. And it's probably more recognised than this version, BUT... This is a stunning cover. Nicole's vocals really do make this, and even Jahméne himself isn't bad at all on 'The Greatest Love'! Rizzle Kicks' best song from this era 'Skip to the Good Bit' is up next, and RANDOM IMPULSE - I want to be next to Jordan right now. GOD. <3 Lucy Spraggan is also here with 'Mountains', by far and away her best song and so very emotional! And finally, another fix of Ulrik for Joseph - this time it's 'Requiem' - a song that is amazing in itself, but has an amazing video to accompany it! YF6CcatdJag

Bastille - Laura Palmer - 3-10-17-24-38 [5 weeks] Was contemplating sending 'Replay' by Zendaya to BJSC, but in the end it didn't happen. It's an amazing track, and some say it gives off some Cassie vibes. Just a nice, catchy, chilled R'n'B song. The Vamps' second single from their as of yet untitled début album, 'Wild Heart' is here - surprisingly quite low, but the studio version was only released about a week ago, so give me a break (!!). Great to finally hear an HQ version aside from the live video they put on YouTube earlier this year. Aquafina are back once again, and this time it's with Bonnie McKee's 'American Girl' - such a funky cool song. Although she is a bit of a second rate Katy Perry, there's no denying that this is pure pop at its best! You can tell that she works closely with Katy because their material is so similar! Emeli Sandé's US version of 'My Kind of Love' ranks here; the version that saved the song for me. So much better, a video so much more meaningful, and production so much more beautiful! And rounding this part off is Charlie Brown with 'On My Way' - a song I loved for ages, and still do to be honest! Katy Perry's first promotional single from 'Prism', 'Dark Horse', which features Juicy J, kicks us off in the top 55 (if that is even a thing!). One of the best on the album, and the last part is just divine! Her vocals on this are incredible. KT Tunstall's first single from 'Invisible Empire // Crescent Moon', 'Feel It All' is the highest entry of hers in here, and is so beautiful! The video is absolutely lovely too and this was the beginning of what would be a gorgeous new direction for her to go in as an artist. Naughty Boy and Gabrielle are up next with 'Hollywood', a collaboration on the former's début album, 'Hotel Cabana'. It's stunning, and it's so great to hear Gabrielle again! Lady Gaga makes an appearance here (albeit brief - Bal will be happy!) with by far the best song she's done in an age, 'Do What U Want', featuring R Kelly. And finally, Bastille's best song 'Laura Palmer' rounds this section off so very nicely! -Uh6VZF0R5U

The Wanted - Show Me Love (America) - 10-9-14-21-33-40 [6 weeks] The 1975 make yet another appearance (and I believe and HOPE this is their final one) with their best song 'The City'. It's the clear highlight on their self-titled début album, and there's not really any other tracks apart from 'Sex' and 'Chocolate' that challenge it for that spot. Miley Cyrus' first controversy of the year 'We Can't Stop' is at #49. It's an absolutely amazing track. Chilled out pop, but still something that you can imagine yourself dancing away to (in a strange way x). Rebecca Ferguson's 'I Hope' (I hope I hope I hope I hope I hope I hope) is up next, and it's such a great song! Not the best on 'Freedom', but definitely a highlight among other songs such as 'My Best' and 'Beautiful Design'. Alejandro Sanz makes an appearance purely because he collaborated with Emeli Sandé (and Jamie Foxx, whomever he happens to be). Emeli's voice sounds so raw and beautiful on this track, and that's what I love about 'This Game Is Over'! And finally, closing this section is The Wanted's best song in an age (since 'Lose My Mind' and 'Glad You Came') - 'Show Me Love (America)'. Nathan is the true star of the band, tbh. pUUU5LSbYHA
December 13, 201311 yr Show Me Love (America) proved why Nathan's the best vocally, tbh. He could have a good solo career when the band's done.

Stooshe - Round 2 - 12-14-14-13-18-25-32-42-48-44-45-50 [12 weeks] 44. Rihanna - What Now - 10-9-12-22-29-37-25-34-39-37 [10 weeks] 43. The Saturdays - What About Us (feat. Matt Cardle & Melanie C - Loving You - 4-6-6-10-11-17-6-7-13-17-19-27-30-36-44-49 [16 weeks] Stooshe's best song by a mile 'Round 2' sits comfortably in the top 50. It's their most fun and enjoyable song (although 'My Man Music' comes close!). I always just want to get up and do a little dance to it, but that would be embarrassing so I'll save myself of it. Rihanna's best song (just behind 'California King Bed') 'What Now' is next, and the video for this is so haunting yet so beautiful at the same time. It's as if she's deliberately made the rest of the era shit so that 'What Now' shines through as it should do. The Saturdays longside Sean de Paul are next. I wasn't keen on this at first, but oh boy how I've grown to LOVE 'What About Us'. One Direction's second single from 'Midnight Memories', 'Story of My Life' is next - and this is probably their best ballad! So heartfelt, and the video is stunning! Zayn's voice = sex. And finally, Matt Cardle and Melanie C's collaboration 'Loving You' is SO amazing, as is the video. A true highlight of the year for me. b-3BI9AspYc
