Absolutely terrible. I really hope they get a move on with single #3. If they have a good campaign behind "Another Love Song" and the Capital Jingle Ball is true, it could pump some much needed life in the UK campaign!

There's nothing they can really do now, I'd like to see a third single but I'd put money on this never seeing another week in the top 100 ever again. :(

Absolutely shocking.. ridiculous. No idea what can be done to save this campaign, if anything..

Such a shame, but there is nothing promoting this album right now in the UK so it comes as no surprise. I really hope Leona can get a spot on strictly and/or X Factor as that is the only way I can see the album breaching the top 100 again. Such a shame things have gone this way here. :(

It is a huge pity. Clearly they were attempting to create a solid adult fanbase for her with this album but the campaign was pretty disastrous and she just doesn't seem to have that appeal. She was never going to be relevant as a popstar forever but it's a pity that she never managed to progress to being a consistent seller of albums at the very least.

As each day goes by we wait for the next single.How much longer is the wait? Doesn't it sound similar to what happened after Lovebird flopped? I remember during the Glassheart error people were Convinced that Glassheart,or Come Alive were the next singles, but it didn't happen.In this error we are hoping for I got you, ALS, Ladders, or YKMW to be the next single but it probably won't happen.

 

I'm not even sure we will get a new single now, The album as dropped out the top 100 in uk charts already and its dropped out the billboard 200 in its 2nd week so 38- out top 200 in US and 12-43- out top 100 on uk chart, I don't think the label will put money into promo and new singles when the sales and chart wise of the album are so terrible.

Although It WAS Nice To See Leona perform with Taylor Swift, It would have been nice if she could have performed a new song.Leona needs the Usa people to know that there's more to her than just Bleeding Love.Everyone knows Bleeding love was huge but she needs to get rid of the 1 hit wonder status that she has.

I would say that if she achieves a top 40 hit then she already has turned things around. The problem is getting that hit.

As part of this she recorded a set for the Keep It Pumping Sessions, where she sung Fire Under Me Feet, Heartbeat and Bleeding Love.

The material is good enough.The problem is radio poitics.Not getting Radio 1 or Capital support for Thunder got things off to a bad start.I saw the televised Usa performances of Thunder on GMA, Ellen, James Cordon, and The Talk.The people in the audience seem to have a good reaction to the song.The problem is failing to send Thunder to Top 40 radio.Its been doing Ok on Hot AC, Its been on that chart almost 2 months which is a good thing.

The thing is, and I see people still fail to see this, this album is personal to Leona. Not an album that was meant to be commercial or get her back on top. DefJam has been in the music industry for so long and know how this album would do. Both labels are supporting her decision by releasing this album.

 

Why would she need help? It's her first album that she made on her own, first time she wrote all of the songs (except one) with the same producer. It's trial and error. How else is she gonna learn?

 

Leona also never said she left Syco because she wanted to create a personal album on her own. No, she didn't like that she was pushed in a corner and had to release material she didn't want to (cover album). She was recording the album with no label, so why would she spend on writers if she has the ability to create songs on her own? I'm sure Leona would definitely be happy to work with different producers and songwriters, that's the whole thing she loves doing.

 

Too bad releasing an album nowadays has to be commercial in the eyes of the fans or it's considered a flop.

Heartbeat is my favourite b-side out of the few we have had from Leona. So nice to finally hear it live. It clearly touched a few in the audience there.
