Why is 'XO' the single? It's neither the best nor the most commercial song on the album - surely those titles go to 'Blow' and 'Drunk In Love' respectively? Also 'Partition'.

XO is a nice song, but some of the other songs I've heard are much better. Also, I think people want up-beat songs from Beyonce tbh.

The original press release said Blow was the lead single, but they changed it to XO a couple of days later.

I think Drunk In Love was originally the first single but they then changed it to XO.
No it was blow. Tbh, I think XO is doing better than Blow would've done, I think no matter how amazing Blow is, it won't be a main single. Probably an urban though :)
I think Blow would've done amazing, since it's produced by Timbaland and Pharrell, and sounds like Blurred Lines. A song like that should be saved for the summer though imo.

I've listened to the album multiple times now and I still can't remember how 'XO' goes. I'm intrigued to see how it and follow-up singles do in the New Year though. I wonder if Beyonce can bag a long due #1 with any of the tracks gradually climbing to #1. I doubt it unfortunately but maybe there can be a few top 10 hits racked up.

This song is hilarious, imagine this coming on at the New Years Eve party at an old folks home

I love this song too. Very weird. I hope it can do as well as Earthquake.

I don't like the song but i do find it very funny . The video makes me laugh as well, especially the part where the rastafarian man does the conga around the k-i-t-c-h-e-n table with 2 other people looooooooooool.

I don't think I've seen the video yet, but it makes sense to have a peculiar video to match a peculiar song. I found out it samples Dibby Dibby by Jay Fay which was a moombahton hit this year.

Great to see this has climbed up again, was down to ~#90 the other week. Back to form for Sub Focus certainly!

Such an amazing record! I'm not a huge Sub Focus fan but this is epic and deserves better than a peak of number 35, worthy of a top 20 place

Turn Back Time is currently my 6th most-listened to song. :D It's a shame it wasn't a pre-album single, as it could've peaked really high imo.

This DEFINITELY needs to keep climbing, hopefully back into the top 40, so so good!

Quite honestly the only Sub Focus track I've really liked was 'Could This Be Real' (which criminally peaked at #41 :(), granted I've not yet heard this one so I should give it a go...
Was Britney spears-perfume properly released in the UK or did they skip it?

It's release date is 27th January. :)

Edit: beaten by a millisecond.

I was watching "50 Funniest Moments Of 2013" on Channel 4 and the Harlem Shake videos were number 1 on that list. According to Wikipedia Harlem Shake got as high as #2 on UK iTunes on 15th February this year but i can't remember it going higher than #3.
