I thought RHODES would be due to Glastonbury as well but he isn't scheduled to perform until Sunday so that must be something else. Nonetheless, he must be one to watch for big success in the near future?

The Glastonbury fun continues once again, with climbs today from Ed Sheeran, Dolly Parton (could she enter the top 5 this week? 5SOS, George Ezra and Ed Sheeran (not in that order) should be the top 3 then perhaps David Gray and Dolly could complete the top 5, not a lot of other competition), Metallica, Bombay Bicycle Club, Jake Bugg, The Black Keys, John Grant, Caro Emerald, Goldfrapp, Ellie Goulding and London Grammar.

 

Looks like the 'A Sky Full Of Stars' EP was never up for pre-order, how odd! Great to see it making a bit of an impact although I doubt it'll be enough for it to go top 10 unless the track can get up there.

I already own like half the songs but I guess it's more decent than I thought :unsure:

Sia No.2, if only it could get this high officially! I'll be ecstatic with a top 10 album for her though, talk about overdue...

Bars And Melody from Britain's Got Talent are releasing their version of 'Hope' (retitled 'Hopeful') as a single in a few weeks - the pre-order is at #4 so looks like it could do similarly to Gabz' 'Lighters (The One)'. I wonder why it took a fair few weeks for both of these acts to capitalise on the demand for their one hit wonder, it doesn't look like it did either any harm but it surely would have made more sense to release the songs a little bit earlier.
