December 31, 201311 yr I really really really REALLY don't get the hate for Gotta Be You. Little Things for me. Story Of My Life runs it close but the video really makes the song come alive in my opinion.
January 1, 201411 yr Gotta Be You's biggest crime is being bland, Little Things is borderline offensive sounding to my ears, lyrically it really annoys me too. All in all a stone cold mess.
January 1, 201411 yr Far and away 'Gotta Be You', what were they thinking when they had 'More Than This' on their hands? It's their 'Forever Is Over' in an otherwise perfect singles back catalogue.
January 6, 201411 yr Gotta Be You, hands down. As soon as I saw the title I thought of the song instantly, I chuckled once I'd saw the sub title, knowing how obvious it would be that Gotta Be You would be trashed. It's not a really bad song as such, it's just NO WHERE NEAR as good as the others.

January 6, 201411 yr I actually like 'Gotta Be You', although the high notes in the chorus are very laughable! :P I find 'What Makes You Beautiful' too cheesy, 'Live While We're Young' is quite unimaginative and the lyrics to 'Little Things' makes me want to throw up, however the worst offender is their horrific cover of 'One Way or Another'. Thankfully it hasn't affected my opinion of the mighty original!
