people don't seem too optimistic about the songs, I think it will do well 200,000+ ... and I predict that video coming out like march 2nd - two weeks before release... they like to long out with pictures

I do think this will be closer to 'Just Can't Get Enough''s success more than 'Something New''s success. Maybe somewhere in between?

I've really gone off this song, I guess it was the novelty of them singing it at the start but now it's just, meh.

 

I can't believe the video isn't out yet though, it seems the song was premiered months ago!

I saw the video on one of those cheap stations like Starz TV earlier so it is out there! It's just not on Youtube, the video looked... pretty standard for one of these videos. It had them in a sports locker room in sporty gym-like gear and then in a big black studio in similar attire with celebrities dancing around them (I think I saw Arlene Phillips and Mel C in there).

 

Nothing special but pretty standard for this sort of Sport Relief type thing and I'm just happy to see a video is there.

I really don't know why it's not on their VEVO, I've just seen it on Chart Show TV now as 'Little Mix: Brand New Video' but they're not even making any mention of it on Twitter.

Word Up was always a weak song for me no matter who recorded it but it is a song that many love. I want it to do well for Little Mix as i like them but i think it will be a flash in the pan success type single.

Hate the video! The video description annoys me as well beyond anything else as the single is for CHARITY, not for them to promote their new album as that isn't the focus. Completely disgusting in my opinion, shows what they really care about :manson: <_< ^_^

Yeah, it's not as though they personally uploaded the video. Of course the management want the single to help boost the album.

It really is awful. At the very least it should be fun and quirky (given the cause), but they can't even do that. The song remains shit as well.

Their management team are becoming as annoying as The Saturdays' on twitter! Although it's kinda understandable with the pressure of a charity single, it's still annoying as hell!

Regardless, I still have an opinion :lol:

 

I also thought they had visited Africa? Would have been better to have included that in the video perhaps or some element?
