October 4, 201410 yr Another one of my fleeting watches of this - Was impressed by Only The Young, very glad Louis put them through instead of that terrible girl band, thought they'd be a certainty along with New Boy Band and Blonde Electra (as if they were ever in trouble of leaving!) I may have missed this, but why the hell are they called 'New Boy Band' and 'New Girl Band'? Is their/the producers creativity really that low?! :lol:
October 4, 201410 yr Tulisa's entrance was absolutely LIFE GIVING. <3 Happy with Louis' choices, actually really like Blonde Electra and even though they're being given the novelty status, I don't even think they're that bad. The longer haired one actually has a very good voice. We need a bit of fun. As for Andrea, I'm gonna have to disagree with most of you, I think he has one of, if not the, strongest voices in the whole competition. He did go a bit TOO far at one point last night but everyone does with that song, which is why I hate it being performed. I love his voice though, it's powerful, interesting, has a great tone which has a slight growl to it but not an off putting raspiness like Ben Haenow where it becomes too dominant.

October 4, 201410 yr Blonde Electra (why the name change?) are laughably awful, I hope they give us some entertaining performances. Thank f*** the Brookes didn't get through, I really didn't like them. Out of the two boybands I think the right one got chosen, and Only The Young getting through is nice to see I completely agree with you here on all counts. I only wish that New Boy Band had gone with them. My choices would have been: Only The Young Concept "New Girl Band" Edited October 4, 201410 yr by euro music

Is their/the producers creativity really that low?! :lol: The boyband will be named soon people are encouraged to suggest names on Twitter but I imagine the producers will have the final decision. I imagine the girlband will remain unnamed now that they've left :lol:

October 4, 201410 yr I actually think all 6 of the boys are very good, they're the best category for sure in my opinion! I'd say Jake is actually the weakest, even though Ido still think he has a good voice, but he's a certainty to fly through. Those two 'no hopers' were both fantastic.

October 4, 201410 yr It annoys me so much that in this FAB category that the 3 to go through will be the 3 I think are worst. Jake is shaky ALL THE TIME, Andrea is all emotion and bluster, but it's unpleasant and Paul is just a former fatso singing soul songs averagely.
October 4, 201410 yr Oh glad others agree that the boys is the best category. I mean I don't LIKE those 3, but they are still all decent. There's at least one dud in every other category.
October 4, 201410 yr I only really like Andrea of the boys :/ Paul is quite good but I kind of feel like he tries a little too hard to force his soulful edge into every note... Jake is passable but nothing great and I can't see much in the others to be honest. Then again the girls are the only ones I really like as a category, I can take or leave Emily but I'd be happy with any of the other 5 in the lives.
October 4, 201410 yr I think Paul obviously has a superb voice but I don't think there's really much point in keeping both Paul and Andrea who fit very similar briefs. I think Andrea will be more popular with voters, so personally I'd put through Andrea, Jack and Jordan. That obviously won't happen though, Jordan stands no chance at all and Jake is a shoe in.
October 4, 201410 yr I think, if she wanted to be most DIVERSE, Jake, Andrea and Jack would be solid. Or Jordan in place of one of the J's.
October 4, 201410 yr Nooooo :( Inevitable but I really liked Jack, think when he's on it, he's one of the best males of the past few years. :(
