Just far too good, and I do agree that the video looks to have 'Spinning Around' vibes, which can't be a bad thing because that's probably one of her best videos (the 'Please Stay' video will forever remain my favourite of hers though!)

LOVE the new Kylie track. I've been a fan of her most if not ALL of her stuff from X onwards and this is such a good return to form <3

 

Nice to see Lorde top 3 too with one of my faves from her. Shame about Lily Allen - the song just isn't much is it? Hope the album is still as strong as the previous two and hopefully she'll deliver. Boo at Katy B falling too.

01 It may be replaced next week! :o Unless seeing the video constantly on TV makes me love the song even more (which will probably happen! :D) The clips were quite 'Spinning Around'-esque but the whole video wasn't really similar. It's a very lovely video but considering the director also filmed videos for 'Spinning Around', 'CGYOOMH' and 'In Your Eyes', it's not very iconic.

 

02 I haven't heard people particularly rave about him although a fair few people like him. I can remember first hearing of him on a YouTube advert where a couple of his songs were advertised (was a few weeks before his debut album was released) and I was hooked! :wub: If you're not too keen on 'Lightning Bolt', you probably won't like 'What Doesn't Kill You' or 'Slumville Sunrise' either. But it may be worth giving 'Two Fingers' (as in swearing, not anything else :kink:), 'Broken' and 'A Song About Love' - the latter two are both ballads.

 

33 So am I! :w00t: I had a listen to 'Still' which has leaked and that sounds really great! Overall I wouldn't say she was overrated but many people seem to have caught on thanks to 'Crying for No Reason', which is kind of expected as it's a touching song, for me at least. Not listened to her cover of 'Story of My Life', but I heard her Live Lounge mash-up of 'What I Might Do'/'One for the Road' and that's good.

 

40 It will be leaving this week. :( Not that keen on her new single from what I caught of the video on TV.

01 Ooh I'm not too sure to be honest - I think it could be replaced by something this week! Have you watched the video yet? Kylie looks gorgeous and for what it is, it's beautiful, however not one that's going to be remembered, not like previous lead single 'All the Lovers', for example. Do you think you'll be charting it soon?

 

13 I'm liking it at the moment as it's very catchy, plus I'm a Paramore fan, but yeah I wouldn't be surprised I got bored of it at some point.

'Team' is much better than 'Royals' I think, I just wish it was longer because there doesn't seem to be much of it once it gets going! :(

01 I do like it, it's not too memorable but it's but together rather well, and like you say, she looks great!

 

02 I think it could potentially become my favourite! :wub: This and 'Broken' are fantastic, he needs to do more ballads like this!

 

05 Like Jake Bugg with 'A Song About Love', I think this has the potential to become my favourite. As for now, 'It's Time' has that title! :D

 

13 Currently Top 3 on iTunes! I think it will definitely make it come Sunday, although I'm sure many would have preferred 'Clarity' to have this sort of success.

 

15 Yeah I don't see this being massive at all, but being Top 40 on iTunes is very good - could be her first Top 40 hit.

 

32 #6 in the end but that's still a great result! :wub: I didn't realise they had a good-sized fanbase either, especially since they've only had one song to have made the Top 200! :o

 

37 I haven't seen it once on an advert to be honest! :lol: It's great that it's got a better peak, just a shame it missed out on the Top 20.
