Have you seen the video? The reports are making it sound MUCH worse than what it actually is. Yes, he can be a bit of a knob, but this was blown so far out of proportion

He's done things for his disabled fans before in the past apparently, but nobody reported that did they?

This isn't really to do with the single, but I don't know where else to post it:

I'm devastated, and the reason is appalling!

And just when I thought I couldn't dislike him anymore, he goes and dumps her for the most appalling reason

I still hope Jordin comes smashing back with a hit single (I love her so much)

That article makes it sound like he's Jay-Z levels of success  wtf. Yes he's more successful than her, but what a ridiculous reason for breaking up with her :/ poor Jordin :(

The media always blows everything to do with Kanye ridiculously out of proportion.

Although Lil Wayne is supposed to be dropping Tha Carter V on December 9, there’s little momentum around the album. The project has already been delayed, and now Weezy says that Cash Money won’t be releasing it at all.

And, he wants off the label, immediately.

In a string of tweets on Wednesday (Dec. 4), Wayne opened Pandora’s Box. He told fans, bluntly, that things have gone sour between him and Birdman and his longtime label.

Wow. Cash Money is a mess right now. Tyga and Nicki has also been complaining about them delaying albums and forcing them to do certain things too.

A$AP Yams dies, aged 26

The hip-hop world is mourning the death of A$AP Yams, one of the founding members of the Harlem-based collective A$AP Mob.

"Always strive and prosper. RIP Yams," said a post Sunday on the group's official Facebook page with a black-and-white photo of Yams, whose real name is Steven Rodriguez.

"We bugged out on New Years, I didn't know that would be the last time Seeing my brother," A$AP Ferg, one of the stars who emerged from the A$AP collective, wrote in a post on Instagram. "R.i.P bro. We all love and Miss you."

The group's record company, RCA Records, said it was "shocked and saddened to hear of the death of A$AP Yams," according to a statement reported by Rolling Stone.

"As one of the creative forces behind A$AP Worldwide, Yams' vision, humor and dedication to the members of A$AP Mob will always be remembered," the statement said.

A huge driving force behind the collective.

R.I.P. :(

Lil Wayne still wants to leave Cash Money and he now wants Drake and Nicki to also leave the label with him.

Lil Wayne's feud with Birdman is getting serious.

On top of reportedly planning to sue Birdman in order to be released from his contract -- and claims that he's owed an $8 million advance for the yet-to-be released Tha Carter V -- Weezy is demanding he leaves Cash Money Records with all Young Money Entertainment artists.

According to TMZ, Lil Wayne plans to keep Young Money artists under his label, seeing that they're under contract. That includes Drake, Nicki Minaj, Christina Milian, Lil Twist and Mack Maine.

A possible setback in Lil Wayne's plan may be that the Young Money artists have distribution deals with Cash Money, which may have to be resolved in court. Also, Birdman has played a big role in the majority, if not all, of the Young Money artists careers.

"I've gotten so much closer to Wayne lately. Wayne is his own person. He's a businessman and whatever decision Wayne makes, I would never in my life speak against it publicly... even if I didn't agree," Nicki Minaj told Power 106 LA in December, when speaking on Lil Wayne and Birdman's beef. "Baby has always been one of my best friends in the game. And I know that they love each other; that's family."

A representative for Lil Wayne did not respond to request for comment at time of press.

What a mess for Cash Money!

Iggy Azalea in ghost-writer shocker! :o

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a63...leas-fancy.html

Skeme has admitted that he was involved in the creation of Iggy Azalea's hit 'Fancy'.

The Inglewood rapper was questioned by Sirius XM about rumours he penned the track.

Skeme was reluctant to expand on the extent of his involvement in the track, but admitted: "We had something to do with it, a lot of vibe, a lot of push."

The rapper added that he didn't write the Charli XCX-penned chorus, saying: "Nah, that's the part I didn't have anything to do with."

Skeme since seems to have responded to the reports on Twitter, writing: "Sis def does her thing on her own."

A$AP Rocky opens up about his ex Iggy Azalea

“It comes with the game,” he said. “If she fake on something, somebody is going to call her bluff. That’s life. I’m not looking at it from a standpoint of, ‘I used to be boning this chick’s back out.’ I’m looking at it [as], ‘She’s just a person.’ You can’t bluff. You gotta just be 100. That’s all I could really say. The question is: Was she not being 100 about something?”

“She’ll be fine. It gets to a point where people start accepting so much mediocre shit—accepting the minimum and the typical—to the point where everything gets so oversaturated that people don’t have a choice but to go back to the original, hardcore, raw [art]. Everything raw. Every aspect of art. It changes and it makes shifts.”
