Macromedia Fireworks ;)

Basically, just draw a square/rectangle shape, add an outline/line colour, remove colour from the inside and just try make it like a border. :D

Any other programme? (I don't have Macromedia :cry: )

And you can resize non square pictures into a square ya'knowwww...i've done it plenty of times before :lol: (I don't re-size in paint...cause otherwise it comes out all pixelated and horrible :lol: But re-bordering is fine. :P)

When you put them in paint...after you've put the border round them, save them as PNG files. XD

They come up smooth and non-pixelated. =]

That's what I upload. :)

Last time though I save the files even if they're JPEG, and I just resize it with some program installed in the computer.

JPEGs are okay, but not bitmaps. ;)
