April 2, 201412 yr Aphrodite did reach number one but still only sold just over 300k in total. Kiss me once will be lucky to sell 100k though. Considering there was only one real hit from the album, I think 300K is pretty good.

April 2, 201412 yr Yeah exactly, look at Paloma Faith, her album's doing alright without Radio 1's support. Not really sure why Kylie hasn't connected with the public this time round. Bit of a shame really cos it's her best album for years! Its sold 42k in 2 weeks.... not bad for a 45 year old singer who sings 'pop songs' the single will have sold nearly 50k at end of this week and reached number 12 she has got a Worldwide tour basing it on the album....... she has only just released it..... lets see what lies ahead....... most people would kill for what she has sold already.......
April 3, 201412 yr Just spotted that Frankie Knuckles is #35 with 'Your Love' and will possibly be Top 20 by Sunday judging on its iTunes performance - Still a great dance track 25 years after release and will out peak its original chart placing of #59 in 1989!

April 4, 201412 yr Some Kylie news her single is out of the top 40, it could be just outside, hopefully tonight's performance on Graham Norton will push the single back up over the weekend. Her album is down to #17.

April 4, 201412 yr 'I'm A Freak'/Enrique in general really isn't an album-seller when a performance on primetime TV only produces a #30-#25 (probably even lower by Sunday) place climb in its third week. HAIM may just get their second-highest charting single :D. I presume 'Crying For No Reason' has fallen out? Again, will probably have no chance anyway with Kylie. Glad that 'Little Red' is back though :dance:.
