They are offering a CD and DVD bundle when tickets are purchased for the tour on Friday - Steps done the same with their 'Greatest Hits' and managed to get to #1 so hopefully it will work just as well for The Saturdays!

Especially when you see the price in context; I mean £46 for a tour ticket and its accompanying CD is pretty much a deal so hopefully all who plan to visit are enticed enough to buy them. Adding the fact it's an August release may push it higher.

:)

Finally! So excited for this, pray to god that this works for them and the tours a sell out. :cheer:
If they are recording fifth album, that would be 2015 or early 2016. How weird to think they'd have been together nearly ten years :o
Has anyone else seen the teaser for the greatest hits album and tour? I absolutely love the bit at the end where it says 'UP IS WHERE WE GO FROM HERE' Ohmygoshiamsoexcitedandipraytogodthatthisistheirpropertimetoshine!
Fantastic that they've included 'My Heart Takes Over' (aka. their best single :kink:). Will definitely be buying this. Cover looks a bit tacky, but oh well.
I think the cover of this and NGU are one of their bests in a long time. But then again, I pretty much hated the covers since my heart takes over :P
gutted as i not long lost my job so can't get the pre-sale tickets and CD/DVD bundle!!! :(

What was wrong with What About Us? I agree though, 30 days artwork was just pure lazy.

I just didn't like it :P i didn't like the white background and it looked so bland

Oh okay! What I like about the cover is that it sort of resembles pre-OYR/LFTW style artwork with them having fun instead of posing boringly in dark clothing!

I'm surprised they've given a release date so soon! And that should mean the lead single will be released on 4th August!

It's a shame they haven't got time to bang out two singles before this is released. They better choose a strong one.

They could have done two but the Not Giving Up campaign was probably decided before GH.

Indeed. Hopefully they release a second single, in the traditional post-album format too. Personally, I'm hoping for a "Headlines!" style era, top 3 single/album in August followed by a top 10 single which sells bucket loads in Autumn and shifts a lot of albums too.

Since Not Giving Up is likely to bomb out of the charts after one week, they could probably fit in two, to be fair.

That'd be great!

They could fit in two before the album.

Single 1 premiere in first week of May; single release mid-June.

Single 2 premiere in mid-June; single release first week of August.

It would be very tight to fit them in though, and they might become in danger of releasing too many singles close together.
