Are you sure you want an Altyr Muunlinst hosted contest? :P (as per the new rules hosting rights fall to them as Aeroche and Hendinia have already hosted (I presume Hendinia have hosted as they have won before my time))

The new rules have been in effect for a couple of months now and kick in ONLY when the Host passes on the right to host. Instead of falling to 2nd place, it now falls to the highest ranked nation that has never hosted. If they decline, it goes to the second highest nation never to have hosted and so on and so forth. If there are no willing countries, or eligible countries, in the final then it falls down the previous path of second, third, fourth etc.
